The employees and customer service is too if the line here. They treat you like family and are very helpful m never act like they are annoyed. The younger blonde hair girl ( sorry I don't know your name and the taller colored gentleman( my apologies I don't know your name either) are two of the best there. Always pleasant and nice. All the employees are pretty amazing rare to find this kind of customer service especially now days. Great job everyone. Whomever the boss is please consider giving your staff some kind of raise or bonus they truly deserve it.

DRIVER Delivered 8 dollar package,red head driver took photos of me without my PERMISSION. THIS CAN CREATE IDENITY THEIFT. ITS NOT LEGAL TO TAKE PICTURES OF PEOPLE WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION.Will call office ,FedEx knows better.

Lady neglected to tell me if I don’t change the color it will always print in color, charging me 68 cents per instead of 14.I told her I would come back but she already scanned my label and said that it would void my label. So I was forced to pay instead of being allowed to print everything out at work.UPS doesn’t charge. They print your labels for free. No BS

Customer service needs a little bit of work. When I needed copier help I went up to the desk (no line) and no one looked at me until I said something and were reluctant to pause their conversation. When the copier ran out of toner and printed my print incorrectly they said the would print one from the back and then forgot about me, so I printed it again on another machine and left. No one noticed.

WARNING The copiers will not read a typical flash drive. Because of this you take the drive to the counter and they charge you a surcharge. So printing at the counter is 12 times the fee at the copier. The workers their are aware of this and conduct themselves as "business as normal"

I came to print some documents and was having an acceptable experience until the man who was helping me asked if I would like to fill out a survey about my experience. I said ok. He then took my phone and filled out the entire survey, gave himself the highest ratings, and submitted it without my approval. I did not even give him permission to TOUCH my phone let alone inaccurately fill out an entire survey. This behavior was totally unacceptable.

I have spent the past 3 hours trying to find someone to help me electronically sign for a package or print a door tag, and have still yet to find someone willing to do anything more than give another phone number to call. I will NEVER use FedEx again as long as I live. Id walk across the country barefoot to pick up a package, before I Fed Ex got any more of my money.

I recently needed an irregular and oversized item shipped. Penny Cullen and team went above and beyond to maximize the items protection while saving me $160.00 in shipping charges. You don't find many businesses these days who will work so hard to save their customers money this way. They have made a customer for life in me. I recommend using them with absolutely no reservations.

Today, there is a gentleman working alone in this location today. I witnessed him being extremely rude and unaccommodating to 4 customers, in the 10 minutes that I was present at this store. He was not so rude to me but, insistent that I take my package "down the street," rather than utilize their service, due to the cost. I told him that o didn't mind and that it was my choice to spend my money. With other customers, he chastised and criticized them. This is the first I've witnessed such behavior at this or any other FedEx location. That associate should go home and hit the reset button on his day.
