We just went to the store. We asked the cashier to ring up food items separately. She rang it all up. Charged the debit card not the food card. When the manager came they told us just to go somewhere else. Our bill was $199 and was told that we were wrong. They did not tell us to ring up the the food first. After explaining to her we wanted to use the debit card for food and another card for perishables

If it comes out of a ghetto it will still act like it's from the ghetto at work. That rule never fails. It should be applied to their hiring standards. This store is known to hire trash off the streets and I can see myself easily getting arrest fooling with the smart mouth cashiers they hire over a simple purchase.

I was just in this store. Went In to purchase a phone charger. I walked to where they were. And was told that I couldn't be back there. Someone had to get the charger for me. There was no signage to say so. I just didn't like the vibe of the whole interaction. Then once the young lady got it for me they were having an issue with the register. I really will never go in this store again. Bad vibes in the store. No good customer service from the lady whoI'm assuming was the store manager or leader not really sure.

Family Dollar Is A Very Nice And Convenient Store.The people that work there are very Friendly and helpful.They always have sale idems.And lots of different things to buy.Very close to home.

Love this Store ! Store always clean. Love all the renovating they did , now has extended cooler section, multiple choices. Employees always professional and polite ! It's further from my house than other Dollar store but well worth the walk. I go there for certain Products I can't find in stores nearby like Cafe Bustelo coffee sticks . They have a Great flavor. Also when I'm there I look for Sales. Thanks.
