The Ladies that were working didn’t even speak when i walked in . I hear story’s about people being followed around the store by an employees that is true they did it to my mom
And me . And they still didn’t speak when we were up at the register. Customer service is bloody awful.

I bought an item not too long ago and on the receipt it’s said 30 day return policy. When my mom goes to return the item the workers says that they would not return and item even after 1 day. This shop is terrible and I advise you do not go here.

My 1st and last time visiting this Family Dollar store. I'll stick with Dollar General because they have clean bathrooms that they let the public use!

Bought a $12 Phone charger and it didn’t work so I returned it with the box and receipt. The two employees working made sure it didn’t work by charging it on their phones she charged her phone and said it works. So I said it doesn’t work on mine though…. Then tried charging my phone doesn’t work. She then calls her boss and her boss said “I couldn’t get my money back”. Then I asked if I could exchange it and she said “no” it’s not our “policy” so I said I’ll take it to another Family dollar she said “it’s Family dollars policy you won’t be able to return it” I called another Family dollar in Salisbury and they said that isn’t true… You might want to know what your policy is if your working for a company cause clearly you don’t. Not accommodating at all! And very rude.

Wish I could have given NO STARS!! I have a larger Coach bag, and some nasty old white-trash looking lady, and I'm using that term VERY loosely, says I have to leave my bag at the front of the store?!?!?! WTF?!?!? My bag is worth more than month of her salaries. So to say the least, they will no longer ever get my patronage. SMH
