We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Greg Johnson , and i tell you i highly recommend him hands down . We started our process way before the pandemic and the pandemic was a major set back. But he definitely did not disappoint although the process became longer for us because of changes he worked right by our side. He answered our every question and entertained our children who were always with us . He knew exactly what we were looking for and what we needed. Greg is definitely for his clients!

My agent Tim Arnett was incredible!! From day one, Tim was a true professional and very honest. As a first time home buyer I knew that there are a lot of unknowns throughout the process. I felt comfortable trusting Tim's honest advice. After finally deciding on a home, Tim did everything he could to help make the process as smooth as possible. Tim was always great at quick communication and was always able to give me an answer. It was a pleasure to work with Tim and ERA. I highly recommend Tim and ERA if you are looking to purchase a home.

I am disappointed in this real estate business. I was looking to buy a double wide trailer. My fiance and I contacted Patricia Bounds about real estate. We have cash and was looking to buy. When I told her I did not want to be in a contract with a MHP to where I can not move the home at a later day she question me about my finances and asked me ( I quote)- (do you know how much it cost to move a home?) Then when I told her I do and we currently own our home, ( paid in full- no morgage or leins)she told me I was hostile and did not want my business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are very rude from the start..I am an assertive woman who knows what I want. I'll just take my business somewhere else where I am respected. I think she was upset that I knew a lot about home buying and was mad that they couldnt take advantage of us. Please be careful doing business with this place.

Very friendly. Lady noticed I had a dog in the car. She told me to bring her in. They even gave her water.Bonnie is very nice and helpful. She treats everyone with respect and does whatever she can to get the job done.I have spoken with several other realtors, none were professional-at all.So nice to have a person who knows how realtors are supposed to treat everyone.

Horrible no professional pictures of house she low balled us and never again will I ever use her. Sell a house in Delmar school district with a garage 6 car detached warehouse just because it's a laurel. Address but delmar school district .

Frances Sterling! She made my first home buying experience such a pleasure. Her honest, professional, calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable demeanor made this process so much easier than I imagined - and we found my perfect home! Greg Johnson is the BEST hands down. I highly recommend him. If you need a realtor rather buying or selling he is the go to man. Hands down.
