Was in the store for at least a good 15 minutes walked around tall saw two associates talking amongst themselves then even say hi welcome to the store. I want to spend some money but now I can see why the stores at the center don’t do a whole lot of business cause you don’t feel warm or when you walk into them.

Junk quality clothes. Noticed pants where ripped in the back of the leg after removing the tag. Unfortunately the store said without the tag and receipt there is nothing they can do. Really a shame. Looks like the stitching wasn't done properly. For $50 pants, I expected better. Shame. At least the associates are super nice, always are. The company has a cruddy policy in place that shows customers are not valued beyond the point of sale. A real shame.

I had an awful experience here. Some girl who works there with long dark hair and star wars tattoos grabbed me in an inappropriate manner. It was totally unwanted. When I told her to unhand me she called me a very offensive and homophobic name that i will not repeat on here. I didnt want to deal with making a police report so i just left the store. Management should definitely check this girl. She is out of control!!

This place is not really my favorite outlet store. * it’s my sister’s favorite store.* So I went in there to purchase her a gift card for her birthday. But the merchandise in this store was fantastic.

Awesome environment!! smells wonderful and just feels peaceful! great place to find crystals, zen gardens, beautiful affordable jewelry and more. workers are the sweetest and help if you need anything.

Staff is not very helpful and way too on edge. I guess there is a lot of problems with shoplifting because one of the staff members practically followed my pregnant wife and I around the store. He didnt talk to us or anything, just stared at us the whole time like a hawk. Made us very uncomfortable. Certainly wont be getting anymore patronage from my family ever again. There are countless better ways to prevent shoplifting than to outright stalk your customers through the store. He pretty much stood directly over our shoulders until we were ready to checkout then he went back to helping at the registers. I seriously hope that young man loses his job because he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Didnt even try to engage in conversation or anything, just stalked us around the store. Pathetic.

Became my favorite store after shopping at the one in AZ. Just now finding out there's one in Salisbury. So I had some time to myself and decided to go. Stood there waiting for them to open and being patient. The lights were on but the girl never came to unlock the door at 1020. Truly disappointed. She saw, me out there.
