As a landlord, local HOA Board member and previous HOA Board President, I can say DMG is top-notch. Their professionalism, knowledge and services have always been on point!They have helped us navigate state regulations, local contractors, and emergency services for over 7 years now.I would invite any landlord or HOA to have a conversation with the owner; you will be impressed!

People at DMV mgmt group are alright overall…just make sure the owner of the house they represent is willing to make repairs & take your needs into consideration…it’s only right when they want their high priced rent!

Please be careful in getting this management group. They are very dishonest and hard to deal with. I have lots of bad experience with this company and the people here starts with the owner who is a very dishonest person. Make sure when you deal with him its always on email or not just on phone.\nFrom September 2019 to July 2022, they only make one inspection on the property. He said its Covid, Covid lockdown is only around April 2020 to end summer of 2020. When I left the company They did not give the deposit right away to the tenant, I was asking for the moving out report since August 2020 and they still can't provide one.\nI live out of state, and we are require to get property manager to get insurance. Our tenant is a friend of ours. These are the reason why I know when they are lying because I can communicate directly with the tenant.\nExample, if something is broken they will say they will go there, I know they don't because my friend will tell me that they don't.\nI got a lot more bad experience with this company, my advise is just be careful with them.

I'm a property owner that recently ended my management agreement with this company. They were my property manager for about 2.5 years. I ended this arrangement after they failed to pay the rental liscense fee to the city of Salisbury which resulted in hundreds of dollars of fines. I had to get involved with the city to sort this out. It took over 2 weeks of calling, leaving voice-mails, and emails to finally get a response from the owner on this matter.They have also charged more than the agreed fee for one of my units. I had to work with them to get this corrected. My tenants complained their emergency maintenance requests weren't being addressed and when I called the emergency number to deal with their concerns the owner answered and was exceptionally rude and unprofessional to me. He treated me this way as the owner, I can only imagine how he must treat tenants.Since moving to another management company he has refused to return my tenant's deposits. He has been incredibly rude and unprofessional to me when I communicated to him my desire to go with another management company. He has continued to threaten to pursue legal action against me because I didn't cancel our agreement on the anniversary date. He has been making this threat for 3 months but has not filed anything with the courts at this time.They failed to pay my 2022 lead registration with the state of Maryland which resulted in a violation and a fee. I wasn't notified as the account is set up in their name. They received all the statements and notices of violation. I only know because my new property manager is fixing the problem for me.Property managers and tenants beware of this company.

They took my thirty dollars. The unit I apply for specify they take section 8. That's why I applied for it. If it didn't say that i would of called and ask. After I paid the fee they didn't call me I call them and that's when they mentioned the owner doesn't take section 8. I ask can I get my thirty back because I only applied because it says they take section 8 and she said no we can hold it for you. Like what I don't want you to hold it. Y'all should not advertise that if y'all don't. They kept my money. If y'all need it just say y'all need some money. It's really a zero rating but it wont let me put zero.

If there was a negative star i would give it too these people.. they lie about everything! The workers in the office are a joke! And they refuse to let you speak with the owners of the house and will take your money "for them too run your credit on free sites" my advice would be try someone else!! Stay clear of here!!

Does not update website when rentals are no longer available ??only when they add new ones . Does not respond to inquiring emails - or applications placed online …?BEWARE before you pay those application fees?Staff was rude when I called to ask about the property I had applied for online 4 days prior ; This property along with a few others , had said available for quite some time… Didn’t even get to finish my question actually, before the woman who answered the phone abruptly cut me off . As I was asking if the property was still available and before I could finish my sentence interjected and in the most annoyed voice “We have no available rentals.”??Okay cool , so your entire website is a lie ??♀️Tried to see past all the negative reviews as my family is trying to relocate and that’s difficult in itself… SO GLAD they acted as unprofessional as they did .❌STEER CLEAR, not worth it . Every negative review for people’s experiences with this company accurately and spot on reflects the experience or the lack of one , that I had ! ❌

Horrible. If we weren’t dealing directly with the home owner (who was amazing!), we would have left long ago. We moved out and my bank accidentally sent them a rent check for a month we weren’t even living there. They tried to cash it and was charged $25 due to a stop payment on the check. They took a $50 fee from my security deposit for their stupidity. And it took almost two months to get the security deposit back. Steer clear if at all possible!

They are either a SCAM or have absolutely no clue what they are doing - either way - they LACK INTEGRITY. Have to move due to a fire & Put in an application for me, my husband and my 19 year old son. Paid $90 in application fees. Every time we called to inquire about our application we would get a different story. “We got 1 of the but not the other 2”, so put them trough MULTIPLE times. Placed multiple calls - NEVER received a call back. Lady who answers “Brenda” changes her name each time she answers the phone. One day they have your app and are “processing”, the next they “never got them”. Although they sure did take my $90 with the quickness. When my husband asked to speak to the manager to get money back - Brenda hung up on him. Now our calls are going completely unanswered.
