What a friendly group of people ! We went in and everyone was smiling and working and just looked like they really enjoy what they do. It was as refreshing to see as is the ice cream , which by the way was delicious ! All different flavors to choose from. I recommend giving them a visit if your in the area.

Ah, Coldstone Creamery, the Willy Wonka factory of frozen delights, where the ice cream isn't just served; it's theatrically bestowed upon you with the pomp and circumstance of a Broadway curtain call. This is not merely a place to satiate your sweet tooth—it's where dairy dreams are churned into reality, and every scoop comes with a side of serenade.Venturing into Coldstone Creamery is akin to stepping onto the set of "Frozen," if Elsa had traded her ice castle for a singing career and a penchant for mixing candy into dairy. The ice cream, so rich and creamy it might just file for its own 401(k), is not the only reason to visit. Oh no, the real cherry on top is the spontaneous musical performance that erupts with every tip. It's like "American Idol," but instead of Simon Cowell, you're judged by a chorus of apron-clad, scoop-wielding artisans. The menu reads like a love letter to lactose, offering concoctions so decadently whimsical, they'd make Willy Wonka hang up his hat in defeat. Choosing your flavor is the first step in a deliciously dizzying dance of decision-making. Do you go classic with a "Birthday Cake Remix," or venture into the wild with a "Peanut Butter Cup Perfection"? It's a high-stakes game of flavor roulette, where every choice is a winner, and the only risk is a temporary sugar coma. But let's not gloss over the pièce de résistance: the tip-triggered serenade. Drop a dollar in the jar, and behold as the staff bursts into a harmonious jingle, their voices blending together in a symphony of gratitude and dairy pride. It's both heartwarming and slightly bewildering, a unique tradition that transforms a simple act of generosity into a full-blown musical number. You half expect a Disney princess to emerge from the back, birds alighting on her shoulders as she joins in the chorus.Coldstone Creamery is more than just an ice cream shop; it's a place where calories are counted in smiles, and the toppings are as limitless as your imagination. Where else can you receive a serenade for sparing some change, all while indulging in a concoction that defies the laws of dessert physics? So, next time you're craving a scoop (or three) of happiness, remember: Coldstone doesn't just serve ice cream. They serve joy, one song-filled tip jar at a time. And truly, it's a performance worth every penny.

There were 2 people in the back and only one person helping customers with 7+ people in the line. The guy helping was nice but that's ridiculous.

Kids love visiting. It's great to have so many options, so you'll find something for everyone here! I love coffee with chocolate chips but my kids all love the cotton candy with a variety of mix ins. Worth the money! Just wish there was more seating.

Thank you for the $50 ice cream cake that looks like a 1st grader wrote on. Don't offer to write on your cakes if you can't do better! Disappointed! It was very good despite the childish writing.
