Went to the Salisbury, MD Chico's on April 5, and it was about as great as a retail experience can be. Top-quality merchandise, and what must be a well-thought-out policy - let the customer wander and explore, do not be intrusive, but be informative. And I'll add special accolades to the employee who rung up my purchase. Matthew is one great conversationalist - I wanted to tell Matthew my entire life story. and get a life story back, and that's not usual for me when I'm just shopping for earrings! Anyway, whatever they're doing there in Salisbury, they should keep it up. Applause!

I always find something at the Salisbury Chicos! The staff there is helpful with good suggestions for style. This is my go-to place for presents for friends! It is also a favorite store! Lynn G.

Horrible experience today when my friend and I stopped in the store to look for a shirt. We were totally ignored, it was like we were invisible. I have never been treated with such incredibly poor customer service. I finally stood in front of the desk and stood silently waiting to be acknowledged. Finally one saleswoman asked if she could be of help. The other saleswoman made no attempt. I might add that we were the only customer in the store, last customer was completing her transactions. One additional item, one saleswoman had terrible body odor. I will never shop there again.

My favorite place to shop. The clothes and jewelry is different from any where else in town. I love the personalised service. The women who work there are extremely helpful and friendly.
