Dr. Schmidt is hands down one of the best OB/GYNs at this office. He delivered my daughter in Aug 2024 and he truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. His bedside manners are truly out of this world. And how he communicates with other staff members is just as good! You don’t find many OB/GYN’s like Dr. Schmidt- he is one of a kind. I will recommend him to absolutely anyone.

it seems like a ton of others have had horrible experiences here but i just had my first visit at this location today and it went well. dr roberts was awesome and went out of her way to make sure i got what i needed when she could’ve easily decided to be a stickler and i wouldn’t have even been able to blame her. all the nurses with whom i interacted were also kind and helpful.

Left this office in tears Friday afternoon after my appointment. The appointment I waited several weeks for after multiple calls for excessive bleeding. Do you think they called to check on me after I left? Absolutely not.
Christie, please don’t bother responding to this review. I just wanted the public to know, this office does not care about your health.

Horrible nurses no one ever picks up the phone, which is so frustrating when u want to talk to them, always have to leave a VM , I waited more than an hour most of my appointments even if I was early ?

They have taken in way too many patients. You can never ever get through on the phone. Leave messages on the line and in the portal, they don’t respond or call back. Seriously considering leaving here.

I should have read the reviews from this place. I had an appointment I was running a little late for. I called the office to let them know and they said it was ok to still come. I live 45 minutes from here and I get here and the dr Castro tells me to reschedule. It took me weeks to get her to even schedule this appointment because no one Answered the phones and then after me contacting them on the portal it took her days to agree to see me. Then she scheduled me a month away from that time only to get here after calling them and them having me drive almost an hour to get here just to say she won’t see me.. they asked me to reschedule but no they won’t get my business again. Even when you’re seen in the office they have no problem making you wait 30 plus minutes after your appointment just to get in the back so this is ridiculous. Zero stars.

My wife came here for pre and post natal care. It seems like a busy place with a lot of patients so you might not get the individualized attention of a smaller clinic, but everyone was professional and nice and they did a great job.

In April, I made an appointment for the end of August, it was the first one available. While patiently waiting, I got a text in June that my appointment was cancelled. Just that. Nobody contacted me to reschedule, nothing. Just F U pretty much. I tried to call, leave a voice mail, nobody answered and nobody ever called me back. I am going to look for a different place.

Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars. I am disgusted with this office.
Years ago, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
The pain and discomfort started when I was 19. I am now 32.
It took years of testing and scans and a colonoscopy to finally get to the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, it's been wreaking havoc on my insides and drastically changing my body and cycle.
I talked to Dr. Liu about the pain, the discomfort, the many periods a month, the black blood running down both legs, the need to go to the hospital because of the pain alone, etc. I was told she'd do a Hysterectomy, but first she had another patient.
During that visit, however, she kept asking me about kids and telling me that I should try other things first before I couldn't have anymore kids. The entire visit was rushed, her telling me that I could have more kids and asking me about more kids, not listening to the issues I was presenting, and she got an attitude when she finally told me that she'd do the surgery.
When the follow up and surgery scheduling came around, I was called and told that they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled. It repeated until they finally canceled the appointment altogether.
I have one child.
My entire pregnancy, I was in and out of the office due to many complications. Everything was rushed then, too.
Calling? No one answers the phone. I've been calling almost everyday for a year while looking for another doctor and talking to lawyers about what I can do about this clinic
If you can get someone to answer the phone, the person on the other end has a clipped attitude and the nurse will not call you back.
They're almost always overbooked and you'll be sitting in the waiting room for 1 or 2 hours before you're seen for a few minutes.

This place is an absolute mess. They will not answer any phone calls and tend to be rude. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I went to this office due to my gynecologist no longer doing obstetrics. My first complaint is you are told to call the office with any issues such as bleeding. I called and called and never received a response. When I called again the next day, I was told only a nurse could answer my question and was transfered. When I was transferred, the line went to voicemail. When you do have an appointment, you spend 30 minutes in the waiting room, and an hour sitting in the doctors room. Then, you are rushed through your appointment. When you have concerns or questions the doctors look irritated to have to answer your questions.
Towards the end of my pregnancy, I requested a cervix check because I was close to my due date. I wasn't given one. The midwife had forgotten and was also sick. At work, coughing with a runny nose on a 39 week pregnant patient.
I then had my son a week later, I was in labor for 24 hours before finally pushing. During my vaginal birth, I had a second degree tear and was stitched. Moving forward again, I then had my 6 week postpartum appointment with the doctor who delivered my son. The doctor didn't even know if I had a tear, I had to inform her. Either a note wasn't made on my chart or she couldn't find it. I was experiencing discomfort and slight pain during my exam which was expressed to the doctor, I was told I was good to go.
Since then, I have continued to have issues in my "area". I decided to go back to my gynecologist at a different practice for a second exam and a second opinion. My gynecologist informed me that I was in fact, stitched too small. The issue could be resolved at home but I may end up having to get an episiotomy to fix the issue. This is not something that I should be dealing with two months postpartum. I have been waiting so long to write this review. I do not recommend going to this office. They do not take your concerns seriously nor seem to care much about the health of your baby. Good luck speaking to someone on the phone when you do have a concern.

Pushed a hole bunch of tests on me that I didn’t need just to foot the bill. If you are scared of sticking up for yourself don’t go here.

Would give them a 0 if i could. Not only do they not answer the phone, they are also unresponsive to their voicemails. They do not care about you & your baby here.

They just don't answer the phone. Then call back days later toward the end of their day.
