Cathy’s Pet Salon is an excellent place to take your furry children. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming! Andrea is exceptional at what she does, and answers any questions you may have without making you feel uncomfortable for asking. I highly recommend this establishment. My normally nervous little dog was comfortable with her groomer. I think her name was Andrea. She did a nice job and since this was our first visit she was careful to get details about any changes we might want for future visits.

I love how they groom my cats and my dog. Andrea is very knowledgeable and treats my furbabies wonderfully. I'm extremely impressed with the precautions they take to protect the dogs that are there for daycare.

My dog Jack had to be put to sleep,Just to get his nails done..He panicked and he is a big boy..Not Good . I took him to Cathy’s Pet Salon . I don’t have to put him through that anymore. They are a God send to us.

Andrea does a great job on my Labradoodle Coco. We have been coming here for about two years now. We have had tried other groomers before at the local pet store and the kennel but she never looks as pretty in the face as with Andrea. She also never puts our dog down or claims she is difficult to do as others have. We are lucky to have this salon.

I'm giving two stars bc the nail job my little guy got was just fine. But more than that, one of the employees (some lady with blue hair) was beyond RUDE. I thought maybe it was just the misunderstanding she had with me, looking at a cute little dog with zero intention to pet it, but she thought I was reaching to pet it. Which I was told it was OK to get out of my car to look at the little dog by the friendly other employee. If her concern was me petting the dog she could have addressed with professionalism. Her demeanor, tone, volume and words were anything but. I thought I'd give a pass but then I heard her interaction with another customer, again beyond RUDE and very snappish. And that guy was nothing but nice, and no looking at a dog mishap. Miserable personality or a really bad day, not sure but in a service industry you get very little chances. If she's the face of the business, and a customers first interaction, time to rethink her employment. The other lady was super sweet and pleasant. Won't return bc there are other options for groomers available with pleasant people.
