Campbells Collision is one of the best shops my car has ever been to. Randy is the best person to do business with! He’s a very reliable, trustworthy, professional and awesome business man. They did an amazing job on my car in a nice timely manner each time it was in there.I recommend this shop to be anybody’s first choice! My son's car was damaged in a hit and run incident. I contacted Campbell's Collison on 7/26 and was advised I could drop it off on 7/31 for repair. Today, 8/2 we picked the car up and it looks like new. Top notch customer service. Quality work. Professional staff. Prompt service. 10/10 would recommend.

I brought my 2002 Mazda B4000 to Campbell's to replace the rusted out step bars, repair the latch on one of the rear doors, and fix or replace the clouded headlight lenses. Another body shop had refused the work due to the rust and age of the truck. Randy Campbell went above and beyond. He also suggested some other needed body and trim work that he saw. When I picked up the truck a week later it looked almost new. The new steps were installed, the rust had been abated, I had new headlight lenses, all other work was completed beautifully, and my truck had been detailed! I've taken good care of the truck, which I purchased new, but thanks to Campbell's it looks better than it has in over ten years. It was repaired well within the time frame that I was given, and within the reasonable cost estimate that I had been quoted. Randy Campbell also personally guarantees all of their work. My son took his truck to Campbell's, had it repaired and paid $800 out of pocket on top of what insurance gave plus the deductible. Campbell's was / is supposed to send a detailed invoice to the insurance company, to this day still has not been done so my son is still out $800. Campbell's has blocked him from making any comments on his Facebook business page and has blocked his number or just ignoring his calls/texts. This is not the way to run a business.
