This store sucks - waited to see a product behind lock and key, two employees, which I had to flag down and ask for assistance said they would notify someone to assist me. Nobody came back and I waited for about 15-20 min before just deciding to leave. Poor selection of merch anyway. Save yourself the trouble and just order from Amazon.

I can see why Best Buy still stay in business. They are very polite to deal with, you just have to approach them with the same respect you would want. Every associate I have came in contact with at this store has always been helpful and gives out great customer service. Keep doing what y'all are doing because i haven't had any issues. Appreciate the guys at geek squad. Sorry i forget names! But you guys are always helpful.

Asked for help. He wasn't in sales. Responded he would get someone. 15 minutes later we left. Prior to asking him I looked over products and knew what I wanted. Upon leaving he was standing by the door. Unbelievable

Best Buy added at yearly subscription to a purchase I made that I did not ask for and had declined when offered. Called last year when the charge appeared and cancelled yet they billed me again this year. They admitted to having the documentation that I called them last year and cancelled but would not email me that information so I could give it to my credit card company to show they are stealing from me. I would not buy anything from them that required the use of a credit card.

Went in there today to get some help with adding a bass speaker to my system and possibly buy a speaker. I was in the store about 25 minutes. The store was not particularly busy. No employees asked me if I needed any assistance. After about 20 minutes of waiting and attempting to track down an employee, an employee that was finishing up a sale talked into his portable radio and said a customer (me) needed help. After about five more minutes of waiting, I simply walked out the store. Man, how times have changed. Years past, if it was inside three weeks before Christmas a customer wouldn't have been able to hide from employees because there would be so many. Today, I wasted 30 minutes and walked out of the store without having one employee help me and without making a purchase. Not a good business model if you ask me.

Took my old laptop in for repairs. They looked at it and determined that my hard drive was going bad. They recommended that I look at purchasing a new one. Picked out one they had on a black Friday sale, and they transferred all the info from old to new computer for no charge. Nick was on the counter, and Lamarv the tech were both courteous and professional,

Great place to buy your phone from, and make sure you get the Geek Squad coverage you can trade in your phone for a better phone and if anything goes wrong with your phone or upgrade your phone I believe it's in a years time. I had the Fold Z4 upgraded to Fold Z5, and I love me some Samsung phones.

lost a sale on an Ipad, case, a couple chargers AND a speaker all because multiple employees are more focused on conversing in the front of the store then trying to help customers. i’m pretty sure apple and amazon will appreciate my business and actually respect my time.
