My business has HSA with Truist and I do not recommend using this bank. Customer service is not up to par and they do not seem to care that they have really upset customers.

Worst banking institution I’ve ever had to deal with. Terrible customer service, bogus charges, inconsistent deadlines on mail, and so many more issues. Avoid at all costs.

Truist core values include caring and happiness and our experience was neither with this branch. We have had an act with them for less than 4 weeks and will be closing it due to the experience today. Not because they couldn’t do what we were asking because I can understand although I disagree with the policy but because of the customer experience. I was hung up on mid sentence not once but twice and when I called them out on it and made it very clear I would be speaking to management about it Monday I was told their branch phone accidentally drop the call now how a land line drops a call I don’t know how. My second issue was if they had listen to what I was saying they would have knew I was asking questions about the situation not for them to do something they were not allowed to do. So please save yourself the trouble and either don’t bank with this Truist or like me not bank with them all together because each branch is an overall representation of the bank its self. So if a bank keeps rude and unprofessional workers employed in a competitive customer focused profession I’m going to pass all together.

I loved BB&T - both branches. They were great, knew your name and fast warm service. Truist takes over and they close one branch leaving only one branch for the whole area. I've walked in on a Saturday to open a checking account and was told they couldn't do it and to come back. My accounts are all "not one of our regular accounts" grandfathered in from the roll over and they are charging huge fees/lack service to force you to switch.Time - you better have plenty if you go there because a simple transaction takes forever. I'm switching banks.

Slowest bank on the planet. I have to use it for work and everyone I come I need to plan an hour out of my day just to deposit some checks. Crazy!!!!

Omg where is the negative button. Slowest bank ever!!! Customer service is terrible and that is being Nice. You can pull up and SIT while the people inside just continue their conversation like no one is there. I would suggest some of the Management start taking an interest in the Era of failing financial institutions!!

I come to this bank rarely for one account only. I walked in today and it was like walking into a club. Loud voices, music, rude, and unprofessional behavior from the staff behind the desk. I was most surprised because I have never had an issue with this bank prior to this year’s visit. The change was striking. They YELL out “welcome to Turist” as each customer walks in the door. As I was waiting in line, the woman in front of me turned around and said “this is the worst bank I’ve ever used and I’m switching banks!” This statement was unprovoked! I will be looking for a more professional organization.

Everytime I go it’s always rude employees. The people that used to work here used to be so nice now everytime I go inside they get an attitude. Smile for once lol.

All the numbers listed say not in service OR you get a menu. When you select the number suggested on menu you are returned to the menu. VERY POOR SERVICE

Absolutely THE WORST! You wait 45 minutes for them to mess up your deposit. They don’t answer the phone. 800# can’t help. Tellers must have zero training. Placed cash deposit on hold on a Saturday! All 800 number can do is file a complaint and say sorry, your money will be available on Monday.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Since the buyout of SunTrust and BB & T, this bank has been insane to deal with. I am not on the loan with my husband, however I've always been the one to take the money (always cash) to make the payment. In the 3 years of this loan never had an issue doing this. Now I can't make a CASH PAYMENT to a bank!!! Please read that sentence again... I CAN'T MAKE A CASH PAYMENT TO A BANK!!!!! On top of that sheer craziness, they keep sending us a missed payment notice. We took the last one received to the bank and we were told not to worry with it as it was a glitch since to take over. Received a second one today with a late fee attached. Please stay away from this bank chain if at all possible!!!

Waited in line 40 min..to cash one check. I have an account and so does the person that wrote me the check. Because my ID wasn't up to date she wouldn't cash my check even though i had my bank card, check book, social etc. Finally find an up to date license and took another 10 min to cash a 150 check. Absolutely ridiculous!
