“I’ve taken 2 cars here and my wife’s. Reeshi is the coolest, down to earth dude, makes you feel like a valued friend. Let alone a customer, and does whatever he can to make sure your cars good. He even recommends what’s actually best for you. The first time he told me to sell the vehicle, not even trying to make money off of me at all. Didn’t just quote me an astronomical price to ward me off. Prices are more than fair. He genuinely tries to help you. He walked me through what’s wrong every time I’ve been there. He has a guy named Brock, who is someone you will find out instantly knows his job, they all just care. This place is the only place you need to go, that simple. I’ll never take a vehicle anywhere else. This guy deserves rewards for how he handles business”
“My rear tire pressure registered 11. A nail bit into the tire. There are at least 10 tire service shops including Firestone, Mr Tire, Delaware Tire, Walmart, PepBoys etc. BW has the most # of reviews with overall average of 4.0 on Google, despite all the other larger shops around. All business has haters and supporters. The good-bad reviews for BW are more detailed than others. Clearly, they were written by people who care. The communication style is [matter of fact and a bit of " in your face"]. But they are sincere and direct. Don't take it personally. You are there to get a good professional job done. They do. The charge for patching the tire was $30. Reasonable & under 1hr. The business premise is clean and tidy. I drove by daily and never knew it is a Auto shop.
There is a energetic happy looking turtle in the indoor pond. There is an absorbing puzzle for the world flags to kill time. Thank you for resolving my car issue without drama.”

“Salesperson ( Alex) worked hard to get us in a car that met our needs. Finance person (Shantayla) was amazing and very professional. The back & forth haggling game was exhausting and unnecessary, walked out where I said I wanted to be at the start, but only after 2 hours of frustration. One last point, the website price (observable only after providing contact information), matched the traditional sticker but IS NOT the price at which negotiations started. That price was $5K higher! Pure bait and switch.”

“From pulling in front of dealership...
1. Our Sales rep Sherrie Haynes was waiting along with our test drive Nissan KICKS out front as we pulled in. ?
2. Val our finance mngr. was so kind and caring ( genuine not fake)?
3. As was the gentleman who took care of my trade. His name escapes me but he was in his 30's, african american with beard and looked like a football player. ?
4. All worked with me to get the payment i was comfortable with, from trade in value $$$$$, asking price of vehicle and monthy payment.
5. Detailing vehicle before leaving with it was done well.
6. Facilities- Dealership was spotless. Bathrooms were very clean. Waiting area spacious.
They have a vending machine area right close to service area with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Healthy choices plus sweet tooth choices as well. It is a kiosk. Does not take money or change, only debit/credit cards so beware of this.
7. Service area is immaculate as well.
All in all my experience was pretty wonderful. I would highly recommend Pohanka Nissan, Salisbury MD.
NOTE: I haven't bought a car in 10 years. It was much easier today than back then in 2014. ??⛽️”

“I have owed many different makes of vehicles personally and through my business Inside Out Car Care, both domestic and imports. Whenever I have needed a part, some are hard to find parts, RC Holloway has always had them and they are usually in stock. I quit wasting my time calling around to get prices from others because the only way they beat RC Holloway is by offering an inferior part that will need to be replaced sooner which means more down time and another mechanic bill. So get the best parts at the right price from the most knowledgeable parts people in the area.”

“On the way down to move our daughter into SU last week, the car she’ll be keeping on campus had the check engine light come on. I read the code with our scanner, and realized it was something we shouldn’t ignore for long. Not wanting to mess with taking the car back home, I started looking around for repair shops. Turns out that Salisbury Auto Repair and Transmission is a short walk from campus (important since I knew she’d need to leave the car there and go back to SU). Gloria at Salisbury Auto was awesome, and I really felt comfortable sending my daughter (and the car) there. Unfortunately, fixing the car will involve a body control module reprogram, which has to be done by a dealership. Salisbury Auto did not charge for the diagnostic though, and even made a recommendation on which dealership to use. We’ll definitely use Salisbury Auto Repair and Transmission for any car problems or maintenance while our daughter is at SU.”
