Had to pick up a walker. Brenda was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and went over instructions on use to ensure we knew how to collapse and adjust.

The staff are amazing (especially Tracy & Miss Kay). Because this is a smaller drug store they seem to care more. There is a pharmacist on site if you have any questions. They have an easy automated system for refilling your prescription and also provide “monthly med rolls” so your meds are organized and separated for you.

I called and spoke to Karen (yes her name was Karen) to ask if they had a certain prescription in stock. She immediately got abrasive and asked me what I needed it for… pretty sure that is a hippa violation and quite frankly non of her business. I was simply asking if something was in stock and she badgered me about what I needed it for. Extremely rude, abrasive, and knows better than to ask about a medical diagnosis. You didn’t need to know what it was for. My question was if you had it in stock. It was pretty simple. She sure lives up to her name.

I arrived near closing time and at first was not offered assistance, spoken to or helped in anyway by the staff near the front door. They just starred at me. I really needed a compression device for a groin issue for my child. When I approached the rear of the store the lady back there was super helpful, stopped what she was doing and tried to find the device. Ultimately the giant of a store did not have the item. The lady gave me some ideas of where to look elsewhere to ensure a speedy acquisition. On the way out (still before their actual closing time) a man who worked there just stared as we exited. Really not an inviting place except the lady in the rear near the supportive devices. She is the only reason I dont give less stars.

I have a simple question about a prescription ready for pickup. I have called (literally) 6 times (over the last 3 hours) and I have been on hold for 15 minutes each time, I’ve hung up, tried again, for quite a while now, and nothing. Not one single “please hold” or any sign of life.All I want is to get a human being on the phone before I make a 45 minute one way drive and it is simply impossible.

The staff is nice and efficient... The actual building however needs a serious update in flooring, bathrooms, and lighting.

Good prompt service. A drugstore like drugstores used to be. Good selection of medical devices. Not a place to pick up groceries, etc. Large parking lot.

Very pleasant and helpful for durable medical equipment. Short term rentals as well as new product sales. Excellent service. Great on the phone and even better customer service on site

I have been going to Apple Drugs for over 20 yrs. I ALWAYS have gotten what I needed, when I needed it. Never hade a single problem with the lady’s working the counter. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Keep up the great service… *****

Trying to get medical supplies the women lie a lot as if they don't want me get get services once I was told why I needed to see was not in o that day and the lady walked by after she made the statement and a tall light skined woman ask a man did he have enough money to buy. A toilet chair just rude and stuck up I was embarrassed for the man she was loud once she started to get smart with me but iwas not going to have it some white women in medical supplies act like they don't want you to get certain supplies just lie it's a shame how employer don't inforce common courtesy to clients and in pharmacy I asked well dress young man could he explain to me about Cbd and looked at me disgusting way what do you mean he did not want me asking his young behind anything he act he was to uppity and arrogant so I just walked aways you can tell some people just don't want to be bothered.

They never have what you need and their communication is terrible. IVE BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR A MEDICATION AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ONE UPDATE OR PHONE CALL EXPLAING and when I can they act as if I am bothering them! Do not recommend!
