“The Clinton original butcher’s shop. Hate they actually moved from Clinton to Waldorf. I would visit them more often if they were here in Clinton. But worth the drive when we have events.”

“The food and service we received was great. I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes and carrots. I am not a fan of carrots but these were very tasty especially in the sauce that they put on the plate for the short ribs. The mashed potatoes were OK. The short ribs were perfectly cooked and very tender. My husband had an a chicken taco, pork taco , and cream of crab soup . The chicken taco was amazing and he loved the pork taco. I would definitely order the cream of crab soup again . Our waitress was an attentive and nice. It's always good to meet a fellow special education teacher. We will definitely be back to try something different.”
“I need to give a huge thank you to Deborah who was in self checkout today at the St. Patrick’s drive Food Lion. My seven year old son picked out flowers for me for Mother’s Day. He didn’t want me to know and was trying to keep me from seeing them. He went first at checkout and was trying so hard to keep it a surprise and I was continuing to pretend I had no idea what he had. Deborah recognized all of this happening and was the SWEETEST!!! She helped him get them bagged up and hidden he was so proud. We came home and he was able to get them all set up. She really went above and beyond today in making something happen in this little boys eyes and helping this momma by helping him. Thank you so much!!!!!!”

“Originally went to Verizon to pay my parent's monthly telephone bill. There was no electric in the Verizon store so the electronic registers, computers, & kiosk devices would not work. Had to pay telephone bill thru snail mail. Then I went across street to do some shopping in the Weis Grocery Store. Isn't this a nice story?”
“I love this store! It’s clean and friendly. Beautiful produce and meats and so reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the Italian sliced panini bread molds very quickly. I bought some yesterday and it looked fine or I totally missed it but it’s got mold on it. This is the third time so I don’t recommend buying it. Other than that, no complaints!”
“I love this grocery store-- I save at least a third on my grocery bill! They are missing a few things that I still need to go to other stores for (extra creamy oat milk & wild caught shrimp). The only thing I wish was a little different was how, when you're checking out, the cash register person seems to throw the items into the cart with little discretion to what might get crushed or bruised. They usually seem too focused on how fast they can clear the belt.
Well, yesterday I had the best experience ever with Joanne! She was so careful, and thoughtful, and deliberate with my items. I was floored! I've been going to all kinds of different locations, for well over ten years, and never had such a pleasant experience checking out. She stands out above the rest!”
“I love getting BJ's gas but they really need to do something about people holding up line because they don't want to pull up to pump if their gas tank on opposite side of their vehicle. The pump will stretch to fit either side. If they are just sitting I go around and pull up to pump. Waldorf is the only site that has this issue. Capitol Heights even do the right thing.”
“I like this grocery store! Prices and savings are excellent! I had a long shopping list that included ingredients for several recipes at my last visit and had a hard time finding everything (not too many floating employees on a Sunday), but I did manage to find everything on my list! I’m finally getting the hang of the app, self checkout and remembering to bring in my bags (not yet a habit since I’ve lived 7+ decades without needing to remember to carry in bags)!”
“This store is small but packed. They have been in business for many years. I go to get spices and lentils. They also carry a great brand of Chai tea powder, which makes an amazing spicy cuppa. The owner is gracious in explaining what you may not understand about Indian food. They also have a good selection of snacks.”
“Susan the check out clerk and Kimberly the manager are truly jewels you should cherish. Their customer service is why we left Safeway. One request, can you teach someone how to put the toilet paper in the holders? It is disgusting to have the roll sitting on the floor or hand rail that someone has had their dirty hands all over. “I come from Suitland, Md to shop here at this Walmart in LaPlata, MD. This store is well worth the ride! I can always find what I need/want and the prices are affordable. The associates are polite and offer their help without you having to look for them. The store is overall the best Walmart I been in yet.”

She was able to order it and the next time I came in (today) as soon as she saw me let me know she had plenty of the item in stock. She had only met me briefly once before! The store is very clean and everyone has been very attentive and kind. I drive out of my own county to come to this Dollar store and will continue to do so.”
“We go here often. It is our go to Nigerian store in Waldorf. Ms. Blessing is very pleasant and helpful. She also gets on well with her repeat customers. It's like a big community of support system because you will find a host of business cards at the front.
Items here include a host of Nigerian products ; fish, goat meat, indomis, yam, plantains, tomato, pepper, green bananas, semu, and so much more. Make sure to support small business like this.”

“I stumbled upon this place locally and saw why some people called it a hidden gem on Google. We're from California so our idea of "Taco Tuesday" includes Cali-style street tacos and those can be found few and far between here in our new city. I entered and immediately thought of the local markets around where I grew up. Fresh produce (fruits/veggies/staples and specialties like Aloe and nopal leaves). The aisles were well organized and clean. There were multiple types of products ranging from Mexico to South America and even the Caribbean. The bread/pastries were fresh and looked so delicious! I was able to find the size tortillas I wanted and also order the carne asada and carnitas which was dressed with cilantro, onion, and pineapple. (It turned out delicious by the way!). There were also other goods including piñatas, toiletries, different cheeses and cremas, and so many other goods! Super affordable and fresh! It's connected to a taqueria which I talked my husband into trying very soon! Lastly, the cashier and other shopkeeper were keeping busy adjusting shelves and assisting customers. Definitely recommend for your next Taco Tuesday!”

“If you’re looking for great deals on groceries and aren’t worried about the brand of things you get, this is the place to go.
I’ve been here a few times and was able to get what I wanted at really great prices compared to other grocery stores in the area.
Definitely check out the bake at home pizza. I’ve bought it each time I’ve come here and it’s great for grocery store pizza.
The bins of random stuff in the middle of the store are always amusing. I haven’t bought any of it yet but last time I was there they had sleeping bags (???).”
