They used to have a lot more registers open here in the early 2000s. Don't be surprised if they still expect you to pay full price without any further discounts, even after waiting fifteen minutes or more in line..

Crazy. I cash my weekly unemployment check here. Been doing it for months. All of a sudden they deny my check and tell me I can never cash a check here again. I called unemployment. They said check is fine. Went across street and cashed it. I would never recommend Walmart

I was just working here in the deli and let’s just say don’t eat out that deli it was bad meats and cheese that was months out of date and they didn’t like that I throw them away this is some proof but it’s was way more this is the nastiest Walmart I have ever worked for

Loved that I found my items. Hate that the lines stay extra long and there's never enough cashiers available. Glad I was able to pay at the cosmetic register. Better management is needed at this store and employees attitudes. They never know anything or try and help you. They just point in a direction or say, I'm not working in this area. Get out together Pulaski/Golden Ring Walmart.

The store in itself isn't too bad. They pretty much always have what I'm looking for.But the damn MONEY CENTER!One day it's open the next it's closed or one person will be trying to run both sides.This is the last location you want to stop at for a "quick run in".

Terrible customer service... the workers, mostly African Americans, lack respect, education, customer service and human relations, they are lazy, they don't help, they have a bad character all the time!! Administrators should compare the administration and customer treatment of a Latino market and they would realize that everything would change for the better... what a shame for the Afro community, in the midst of its inferiority complex, its arrogance and very bad attitude stand out and desire to work.

Install self checkout! Lines 14-21 never get used and it keeps the lines unnecessarily long, you have the space to install self checkout and if theft is a concern install cameras, and law enforcement always around. Self checkout would make this place 20 times better

PROS: This is actually a pretty good Walmart: it seems to be very clean, there's always carts in the store (the Nottingham Walmart often doesn't have carts inside, you'll have to go back outside & get a cart). People are generally nice; workers seem to care; and the store has almost everything on my grocery list every week when I go. Zero complaints about that. Parking is usually pretty good, too actually. CONS: It's difficult to pay. I will spend an hour shopping and then spend 45 minutes in line waiting to pay. This location does NOT have self-checkout and that really makes me often drive to the Nottingham Walmart because I despise standing in lines 15-people deep with frozen foods thawing in my cart. If you go to this Walmart, be prepared to stand in LONG LINES EVERY TIME. If they opened more checkout lanes, then no need for self-checkout but they don't. And there's literally NO BENEFIT to buying the Walmart+ membership where you scan items as you go & pay at self-checkout with a barcode. I'd give this store a 5-star rating but because of how blatantly ridiculous the lines are EVERY TIME, I can only give 2 of 5 stars.

Wanted to order fried chicken for an upcoming party. Tried calling for 2 days. Deli didn't answer. Operator didn't answer. So I go in and wait for one employee to get another employee who couldn't find the order forms. After 15 more minutes of looking for the order forms (which they still couldn't find), I was told they wouldn't have the capacity to fill my order for that date. That's exactly why I hate going to THAT Walmart. I let someone talk me into trying it again after several years, but I've learned my lesson.

Nice clean very well-organized. They make sure that there was plenty of cashiers and self-checkout openings and availability. Customer service friendly. ? times better than the one that's out Washington boulevard. Pretty much everyone out of there at Washington boulevard location is very unprofessional. Ghetto as hell. Slow customer service. Never ever enough cashiers. And if there's a self-checkout I have not seen it.
