I want to file a complaint about a pharmacy employee at Walgreen, location 8606 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale Maryland. I Don't know his name but he is kind of tall White man with black hair and wearing a white coat like a doctor. I don't have any medication for my chronic nerve pain and He refused to give me a sample of my medication until I my prescription is approved and filled. This medication is not a Narcotic medication or a controlled substance. I need this medication for nerve pain. Please kindly address this problem so it won't happen again in the future. Now I Have to suffer pain until I get my prescription filled.

I am not sure what happened to this pharmacy, but it’s not like it use to be. You now sit on hold forever you get people on the phone that have no knowledge of what you’re asking them to help you with. Hospitals or doctors send prescriptions over they say they never receive them. What happened to this pharmacy? My doctor just said she sat on hold for 25 minutes and no one answered the phone for her to make sure that she could give them the prescription again for the second time. Wow. We will be transferring all our prescriptions somewhere else. I’m very disappointed

Never call the pharmacy. They put you on hold without saying anything then a few mins later it auto rings again and you hear them pick up and put you on hold again.

Waiting in line still for 20 minutes 2 people have been waited on; I asked for some one for help and no one acknowledged my presence. The pharmacist looked at me and said nothing

There is one pharmacist here who has decided she does not fill or distribute birth control, or prescriptions in general she doesn't like. If you have the misfortune of being helped by her, she will intentionally not fill incoming prescriptions, and look in the system at old, filled & picked up, prescription info, then claim you have no refills and nothing to pick up. Insist on someone else taking over for her, she go away, and request they look at the *current* and *newest* prescription information for you. Magically they will find it immediately once she can't interfere.

I was falsely accused of stealing for doing nothing more than looking at ingredients and shopping frugally. The store employees misconstrued this and called the police to the store. It was a degrading experience. The store was proven wrong and I continued to shop until I was assaulted by an employee who was angry because she had been proven wrong. I posted about it and the store managed to have my post removed. It goes to show how easy it is for businesses to get away with mistreating customers and avoid accountability. I went there for years and now I seldom go in there and use the pharmacy drive through instead. I get products that you have to go in to purchase at Rite Aid and other local stores. If you want a safe and non-traumatic shopping experience, I recommend you go somewhere else or take a witness. Don't hesitate to call the police and post a review to warn others. You can also call 1-800-WALGREENS but don't expect them to care or take action. Nevertheless, it's still crucial to have your voice heard. The deterioration of customer service in the Baltimore area is appalling. As a community we deserve better.

I have used this Pharmacy (Philadelphia rd. Rosedale Md.) for years and never had problems. when i moved to Middle River and tried to use the carroll island rd walgreens it was awful. >2hr pharmacy phone wait, closing drive through when its supposed to be open, they could not delivery medications correctly. I had to transfer my prescriptions back to the reliable store ( Walgreens Philadelphia rd. Rosedale Md.) which is farther away from my home, but Pharmacy service is so much better and they actually offer delivery. Thanks walgreens Rosedale 5-star Pharmacy !!!

The employees stalk the customers by following them around and constantly asking if they need help multiple times in one visit. They think every customeris shoplifting. But yet there are panhandlers loitering out front and the employees are always outside smoking and being friendly with them. Or they are inside talking to each other and playing on their phones. Employees there could care less about good business and don't like working with the public.

There is a street level mentality here that everyone is in the store to steal. The employees put their own agendas before the interests of the company. In part this appears to be because the store employees are a disproportionate representation of the customers who shop there. Upper-level management needs to step in and correct this problem or community members should come together and boycott. Employees should not be permitted to treat customers in the way that is occurring at this location and still be able to keep their jobs. Complaints are blatantly disregarded, and management is partial to the employees who are treated better than the customers who keep the business afloat. Employees need more training and should not be given a ticket to treat customers however they wish. The number of complaints of bad experiences at this location are profound and need to be addressed on behalf of the community and the company.

I was shopping in this store minding my own business when suddenly I was surrounded by police officers. The workers called and made a false accusation that they saw me stealing. I promptly emptied my pockets to prove my innocence. The police officers apologized for the store's wrongful harassment and gave me their contact information in the event I file a civil lawsuit. They thanked me for cooperating and wished me a happy holiday as they were leaving and I continued shopping. The workers did not apologize when the police told them I had no stolen merchandise on me and continued to harass me. When I got to the register to ring up my items and make a complaint, a worker started arguing and another worker came over started shouting and cursing at me and ran around the counter to attack me and had to be restrained by two other workers! When I left, she was still screaming and trying to break free. My blood pressure climbed sky high, and I was throwing up outside the store from her volatile actions. This girl was psychotic and neither her nor the other workers showed any regard for my safety or that of all the bystanders. They were so angry to be proven wrong. The sickest thing about this shocking fiasco was that they knew they were wrong but showed no remorse and made no attempt to acknowledge it, make amends, or simply apologize. ON A HOLIDAY no less! I even showed them the hundreds of dollars I had in my wallet and asked what in the world they thought I wanted so badly that I couldn't pay for? Obviously, they thought I had no money. I worked retail for years and these people are clearly not trained in loss prevention and are breaking every rule in the book harassing customers and turning away good business. This same thing happened not long ago when a worker named Brittany accused me of stealing my own hat that I had taken off when I entered the store on a hot day. It was an Under Armor brand, which they don't even sell there. In her twisted mind she had mistaken my used hat for a brand-new pair of unopened Walgreens socks that no one would want, let alone steal. I was nowhere near a clothing rack and had no idea they sold socks if they even do. If they were looking at the cameras instead of judging everyone based on their personal biases rather than real facts, they would have known that I was nowhere near the clothing section. Brittany ordered a male worker named Deondre to confront me with her by blocking my exit, holding me against my will, and demanding to search me as I left the store. I showed the contents of my handbag where she believed the socks were. When Brittany realized it was just a used hat, she stomped off muttering obscenities under her breath. It was literally like she just wanted me to be guilty of something I wasn't. For what purpose? Then, in the parking lot, the worker Deondre came outside and apologized profusely. He said he only searched me because Britany ordered him to. He said she thinks everyone is stealing and accuses customers on a regular basis. He said she was going to be fired for it. Brittany was fired but the hostile organizational culture persists. This raises the question, why aren't they watching the cameras so they are not making baseless false accusations? Why aren't they trained in loss prevention and conducting themselves appropriately and professionally? Why are they obsessed with stealing and not quality customer service? And why are they harassing verifiably loyal and longtime customers for no reason and creating a huge liability for themselves and Walgreens? Do they dislike their job and hate people that much? Are they discriminating? Indeed. The most hurtful fact about this traumatic incident is that I have been shopping in this store for decades since my kids were little and spend hundreds of dollars at a time there but was treated like an animal not a valued customer. I am appalled and sickened, my holiday is ruined by this defamatory humiliating degrading experience! They are so obsessed they must be the ones stealing and have a guilty conscio

They always have what I need, but the staff is not motivated. They walk around with a humdrum attitude. You’ll wait forever for someone at photo. The prescription line is always long. I go here because this is where my ins says I have to go to maximize my benefit. I’d rather go elsewhere.
