Well Walgreens in Rosedale what is the issue yesterday? Why did you close at 3:50 in the afternoon. Please let us know if this is going to be an ongoing issue so we can find another pharmacy. Thank you

There is a street level mentality here that everyone is in the store to steal. The employees put their own agendas before the interests of the company. In part this appears to be because the store employees are a disproportionate representation of the customers who shop there. Upper-level management needs to step in and correct this problem or community members should come together and boycott. Employees should not be permitted to treat customers in the way that is occurring at this location and still be able to keep their jobs. Complaints are blatantly disregarded, and management is partial to the employees who are treated better than the customers who keep the business afloat. Employees need more training and should not be given a ticket to treat customers however they wish. The number of complaints of bad experiences at this location are profound and need to be addressed on behalf of the community and the company.

I was shopping in this store minding my own business when suddenly I was surrounded by police officers. The workers called and made a false accusation that they saw me stealing. I promptly emptied my pockets to prove my innocence. The police officers apologized for the store's wrongful harassment and gave me their contact information in the event I file a civil lawsuit. They thanked me for cooperating and wished me a happy holiday as they were leaving and I continued shopping. The workers did not apologize when the police told them I had no stolen merchandise on me and continued to harass me. When I got to the register to ring up my items and make a complaint, a worker started arguing and another worker came over started shouting and cursing at me and ran around the counter to attack me and had to be restrained by two other workers! When I left, she was still screaming and trying to break free. My blood pressure climbed sky high, and I was throwing up outside the store from her volatile actions. This girl was psychotic and neither her nor the other workers showed any regard for my safety or that of all the bystanders. They were so angry to be proven wrong. The sickest thing about this shocking fiasco was that they knew they were wrong but showed no remorse and made no attempt to acknowledge it, make amends, or simply apologize. ON A HOLIDAY no less! I even showed them the hundreds of dollars I had in my wallet and asked what in the world they thought I wanted so badly that I couldn't pay for? Obviously, they thought I had no money. I worked retail for years and these people are clearly not trained in loss prevention and are breaking every rule in the book harassing customers and turning away good business. This same thing happened not long ago when a worker named Brittany accused me of stealing my own hat that I had taken off when I entered the store on a hot day. It was an Under Armor brand, which they don't even sell there. In her twisted mind she had mistaken my used hat for a brand-new pair of unopened Walgreens socks that no one would want, let alone steal. I was nowhere near a clothing rack and had no idea they sold socks if they even do. If they were looking at the cameras instead of judging everyone based on their personal biases rather than real facts, they would have known that I was nowhere near the clothing section. Brittany ordered a male worker named Deondre to confront me with her by blocking my exit, holding me against my will, and demanding to search me as I left the store. I showed the contents of my handbag where she believed the socks were. When Brittany realized it was just a used hat, she stomped off muttering obscenities under her breath. It was literally like she just wanted me to be guilty of something I wasn't. For what purpose? Then, in the parking lot, the worker Deondre came outside and apologized profusely. He said he only searched me because Britany ordered him to. He said she thinks everyone is stealing and accuses customers on a regular basis. He said she was going to be fired for it. Brittany was fired but the hostile organizational culture persists. This raises the question, why aren't they watching the cameras so they are not making baseless false accusations? Why aren't they trained in loss prevention and conducting themselves appropriately and professionally? Why are they obsessed with stealing and not quality customer service? And why are they harassing verifiably loyal and longtime customers for no reason and creating a huge liability for themselves and Walgreens? Do they dislike their job and hate people that much? Are they discriminating? Indeed. The most hurtful fact about this traumatic incident is that I have been shopping in this store for decades since my kids were little and spend hundreds of dollars at a time there but was treated like an animal not a valued customer. I am appalled and sickened, my holiday is ruined by this defamatory humiliating degrading experience! They are so obsessed they must be the ones stealing and have a guilty conscio

If I must be honest, this is definitely my least favorite Walgreens ever visited. I only come here if I am on this side of town and I absolutely need something. For starters the store is not very clean on the outside or inside. They do not do a good job on keeping items stocked, the staff is unprofessional and rude, and there is never a manage available. In this case, the ratings are low for a reason..

This has to be the worst Walgreens. I visit here because it's convenient, but it is the slowest Walgreens with the laziest workers. There is never anyone available to help, and the line to check out and the line at the pharmacy are always so long. I cringe every time, I come here, but like I said, they ARE SO SLOW!!

This is my 3rd time trying to use the photo section and it not be working. The first time, they did give me the courtesy of calling asking did I want to wait until machine was working or change pharmacies(you have to start the whole process over) but the last 2x's nothing. What's the problem? Operator error? I know have to leave my area and go somewhere else...so sad, but this is my last time, won't even use the pharmacy!

Currently standing outside of this location with some of their employees. It was supposed to open at 0800 and it’s 0810. Not happy about this. Unprofessional.
