Jena, Tamiera, and Breona are AWESOME, very respectful, kind, and friendly. They explained the process of the entire exam and everything that was required. Now, McConkey, the doctor was very rude, unprofessional, ignorant, belligerent, and very unkind. She tried to tell me when to call my insurance company regarding her interactions with me before she examined my eyes and when I failed to do so she informed me I had to reschedule my appointment. Thanks to the ladies mentioned above they went beyond to ensure I received my appointment on the same day and were very accommodating with meeting my eye care concerns. I would only recommend this office because of Jena, Tamiera, and Breona or when another doctor is available.

The worst company ever, very poor customer service. I went to get an eye examine and the service was horrible. There was no doctor on hand the so call tech had no people skill, she became very rude when I said to her that she shouldn't be asking me about my medical history, or what medication I take, out in the opening of the store where others can here. This is a violation of the HIPAA law there was no privacy. Her response was she just doing her job and it's not her problem she just works there; I would need to take it up with her manager. I ask for the manager well it was a supervisor that was acting as if she was the store manager which was a waste of my time. Needless to say, I cancel the appointment because of how I was treated, the machine that they use to check the pressure in your eyes was dusty, and dirty. Every eyeglass I attempt to try on was dirty. I called the cooperate office put in a compliant about my experience, I was given a ticket number and was told someone will be reaching out to me in about three days well it's been three weeks. I guess what comes from the top will trickle down. Poor patient service, poor patient experience, I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go.

The service at this location is fantastic. The front desk staff is very hospitable with remarkable customer service skills. The techs and doctors were able to get the information we struggled to receive from a different location, correct the mistakes the other location made, and did so seamlessly. Dealing with eye care locations for over 20 years, this was the best experience I have ever had.

I had a good experience with good customer service in getting my current eyeglasses repaired and picking out new ones. Just wish that there was more of a selection for women with metal frames. This is the 2nd time that I had to go to the men’s section to find a nice frame especially one to fit the cut off my lens due to my prescription.

The staff is very friendly. They were kind, courteous and helpful. I got in before my appointment time I was seen immediately. They were able to answer any questions or deal with any concerns that I may have had they did an amazing job getting me in and out, efficiently and effectively

Called me 10 min before my appointment to say “a machine broke.” Told me to reschedule for a month later. I already booked this a month ago. I was already halfway driving to my appt. I would advise a more reliable place than a chain eye place. I was in dire need of an Rx so settled here. Maybe it’s not all their fault but this review fits in with quite a few others. Why do people who book early get punished? Hope the machine is fixed soon lol

I took two pairs of glasses to Visionworks to get new lenses for them. I received a text message from Visionworks saying that one pair of glasses was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store only to find out that they messed up my order and they had to be sent back out again. A couple of days later I get another text message from them saying that my 2nd pair was ready for pickup. The 2nd pair of glasses was fine.Two days, later I get another text message saying my first pair of glasses were ready.That was yesterday. When I got to the store I was told to have a seat and be patient because there were only two employees there. Twenty five minutes later the girl was able to wait on me. She couldn’t find me glasses and looked up my information on the computer. She then went to the other employee and she told me that the glasses wouldn’t be available for another week at the minimum. I asked why I got a text telling me they were ready. She replied that she didn’t send the text message. She also told me that she didn’t know who did.I will never use Visionworks again. There is absolutely no accountability or knowledgeability, or leadership at this business. I gave them one star because I had to, but they don’t even deserve that. I have made four trips to that store and have only received one pair of glasses.A very mismanaged business.

Bro I just left this place. Got there at 12:30 and was literally the only customer at the time. Was greeted nicely but it went downhill from there.The person who was helping either couldn’t ask for help or didn’t want to ask for help and wasted a literal hour of my time. Then I guess she decided she felt it would be easy just to move on to the next customers that walked in…. So she asked me to wait up front for a few while she “figured this out” and literally just started working with the next customers.Walked back in my house at 2pm with only my prescription- which I have to give her credit for. - she did indeed ask for help to get that when I got there.I can’t believe how that just happened.Never shopping there again. Wow

Visionworks just call me and suddenly get information from me just to tell me that they don't accept my insurance. After they pushed my appointment back 3 weeks the day before my last schedule appointment. Never told me before they didn't accept it and that was the first question I asked when I called the day of scheduling the appointment. Be careful with the professionalism of this location.

I had an appointment but when I got there I wasn't in the system. I even showed them my confirmation email for that time. Said someone else was scheduled for 1 and the doctor wouldn't be back from lunch break until 1:20. I would have to play the waiting game. So I just left. Either their system is faulty or someone isn't doing their job correctly. Very inconvenient

Jena the general manager was so patient and kind helping me with getting my contacts ordered and calling the doctor to see if I could get my brand changed so that I could go back to wearing my color contacts she was nice and polite professional thank you so much
