Very rude personnel and very inefficient at the ROSEDALE post office. Ten people in line and the clerk told us she was going on her break. I have had several documents stamped by the clerk lost. Don't use the ROSEDALE POST OFFICE. They should get zero stars.

Informed delivery state that we have mail to be delivered but empty mailbox 3 days in a row! This has been going on for quite a while now, post office is going down hill, whatta shame! There is also another incident that a Christmas postcard was delivered after Valentine’s day! This is disgusting!

I would have left zero if possible, I’ve never seen such a lack of customer service. I usually go to Perry Hall because it’s so much better but was close.

Very nice and patient. Stickler to the rules but also willing to work with the customer as much as possible. Passport service was quick and convenient

Horrible. Absolutely horrible.
Majority of the time, you are treated as a hindrance. Other times, as a trial.
And even though it states the closing time is 5 pm, IT IS NOT (as far as inside the mail room. The PO boxes are available until 5 pm). And you MUST get there by 3:30, or it will be likely the doors will be locked

They won't even let you return a package if it isn't taped up bc they don't provide tape. Ridiculous and very nasty employees

The customer service at this location is downright trash! I pray that they shut down the united states postal service and restructure it!

This is the worst and most racist location, they don’t like foreigners. Please take a ride to white marsh location.

Please, please PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. Not even for a stamp. They were not attentive, rude and disrespectful. When I walked in they have the hours when you can get a passport. Thinking that I was well within the alloted times, I went in with my paperwork to inquire about this. There was only two of them inside and when I asked they acted like they couldn't hear me from behind the plexiglass and shouted that it's by appointment only. I then said ok and selected the next day to come back.
I came back the next day at the appropriate time and asked about the passport and they then gave me a form to fill out. That's what the appointment was for? They could have given me that the day before and told me to come back during my appointment with it filled out if they were that damn busy. But noooooo....they were busy on their phones, all GHETTO FABULOUS.
I'm writing to President Donald Trump ( I didn't vote for him, but I'm writing regardless) to ask him to send the Postmaster General to this location and have him shut this place down and fire everyone there. Makes no sense how they treat people.
And to be clear, I worked at the Post Office many years ago while working thru college and can tell you that this is not the way to conduct business.
I would have given them a negative star rating if I could. Such ineptness needs to be dealt with immediately including termination.

Wow….send Musk or DJT down here and let them get a taste of these attitudes from the ladies working the “Customer Service” counter. If you hate your job that much, QUIT. I am sure there are other Federal workers who would love to have a job again.

This post office is so beautiful, but the staff is so rude and unhelpful. All 3 times that I’ve gone there for convenience I would have to end up going to another post office.

Employees are very rude, On the website is clearly Stated that they accept walk-ins. Friday from 10am-3 PM, I had to do early dismissal for my child to apply his passport ,but when we reach there, I can only apply passport by appointment, my child missed school because they are lazy and don’t want to do their job. Very Disappointed,

Summary: Stole a package from me. 4 months later USPS refuses to cover insurance cost of item (under $50).
I dropped off a prepaid package as usual, in late October 2024. A week later I notice the website I was sending the package to hadn't update the status.
I confront the clerk in person. She plays dumb, aloof like manner, and says they don't scan until package reaches final destination, which is clearly a lie. Instead of arguing, I leave and contact USPS 'HQ' through the phone.
Also note this branch has a security camera showing people walk in and out of the front door. I had a 15 lbs package and surely not an envelope or such that could easily be blown by the wind.
Also note I got a phone call from this branch before filing an insurance claim, stating there was a 'holiday' hence why there may be scanning delays, and they would call me back. They never called me back.
I've been living in the area for over a decade, and this is first time this has happened.
