I mailed out some packages for my business and 19 of them are no where to be found. It has been 2 weeks and when I asked what’s going on they gave me the run around and keep saying I have to wait 30 days to file a claim?? Went to the office at 4:20 the office was already closed and lights were off. They are supposed to close at 5. The following Saturday I arrive at 9am and there are 6 ppl already in line waiting. They didn't open the door until 930. Then the staff was rude and didn't even listen to what I was actually saying.

Takes forever to be waiting on. Not friendly staff at all and they lost my package and had no resolution other then come back tomorrow and try again. Smh
