Rosedale home Depot says store hours are until 10:00 and there were associates at the door locking it at 9:00 .on the DOT maybe you should change your website hours

Wish I could give 0 starts. What a horrible customer service. Tanya Jamison the pro sales supervisor decided to charge us extra fees for estimates. Even if you're a high paying customer. We do many renovations and buy in large quantities and now they decided to add fees instead of providing good customer service. They are rude and inconsiderate. If you need lumber you're better off at 84 lumber, great service. If you need kitchen cabinets, go to elegant kitchen instead. We are truly disappointed at their decline in customer service.

Staff is the stupidest bunch of people I've ever met. Girl tried to charge me 106 fucking dollars for 2 8 foot POPLAR BOARD. Wasn't for sale by the foot it was per board. Never seen people so dumb in my life serious

Im just wondering why in 2022 we have to deal with BULLYING. Threatening employees and yelling at them. Is this how this company work? Hope the situation with ALPHONZ COOKE change, otherwise I will make this viral with recording and videos so everyone will know how this person treat employees.

Sentinel Formula 747. This is all I was looking for in the Golden Ring Home Depot in Rosedale MD. This is the 2nd day I showed up to find that the website inventory was wrong. Hey. Things happen. My issue is that NO ONE seemed empowered to resolve the problem. 2 sales associates the 1st day couldn’t find it and gave it the “oh well…I tried!” Today I got one associate telling me “yeah…Inventory be like that…” When asking who can correct the count so more will come in I was told “that’s above my pay grade” Customer service pages Brandon the MOD but 20 minutes and no show because he was too busy. Finally when I was walking out the gentleman from the tool rental area asked if I found everything and I said “No one would help me” He paged Brandon again. He didn’t call back. The gentleman apologized took the info on the above product and said he would pass it along. Very poor customer service at this store.

horrible service my bay window installed and is leaking and called a week ago and still no repair!!! 5100.00 for a window that leaks and has ruined my couch and floor. terrible install everything is crooked and the crappies job i have ever see. wouldn't recommend to anyone

This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.

Keep carts near entrance! Literally NO big carts near entrance, exit or inside store. I had to walk across the other side of parking lot to get one, rediculous!

I went there today to exchange a propane bottle. I first went to a normal cashier who advised me that they were out. I took her word for it and said okay. As I was leaving I walked by the outside propane cages and I saw no less than 5 bottles with blue seal caps on them indicating they were full. I went back in to the customer service desk and there were 4-5 employees standing there. Only one other customer than myself. One of the employees said can I help you? I said yes,
