Did not repair vehicle properly. Took the vehicle back and second time still not correct. Company was paid well by insurance to fix vehicle and they used used junk parts to do repairs. Cannot get money back or car properly fixed.

This is my regular mechanic. Even if I had not known Mr. Tapp growing up, I would genuinely be able to say that the customer service experience here is awesome. Mr. Tapp is an honest, fair and enterprising man. You can get everything done to your car here, from a simple rotor and pads job like mine yesterday, to the fast and furious super car overhaul. Tapps is all that!!!
