I love this place, I do all my business here. But, your hours couldn’t be more confusing. Google says 12pm-7pm and the door says 1am-1pm, which makes no sense. I’m currently here at 1:35pm and it is closed. I am beyond confused. Please update this, so I don’t have to go anywhere else because I love this place and the staff.

Great prices and very clean cute little place. Also Brent or Bret that works there I'd so friendly and kind and he saved my card I dropped for me. He seemed genuinely happy to hear from me when I called about my card. My new fav vape shop❤️

The owner of this shop really takes pride in helping the Rosedale community with all their vaping needs. Clean place with lots of selection. Love coming here, especially when the ice cream man is there!

From the first ring when I chatted with Nicole, the owner, I was impressed. She was transparent, knowledgeable and has discerning taste. She was willing to help me and then when I walked in she kept that same energy. The Rick and Morty vape is dope and so is she. Thanks for great customer service! I'll be back!

Okay, so this is a long one, but worth the read. I took my vape into Van Gogh Vapes and asked for coils. I told them the kind I usually use (U force N3) and showed them my vape. I was told they no longer make those and they were replaced with the brand FreeMax. I had never heard of that brand, but trusted their guidance. I spent $25 on a pack of coils, only to get home and find out they don't work with my vape. I tried calling the shop and it kept going to voicemail. I had the same issue contacting them the next day. So I went to another shop- Sterling Vape Company because I needed something immediately. The kid working that night was so helpful. He took my vape apart and made sure to find a coil that fit. He even gave me the one he tried out in my vape for free. All was well and I bought a new pack of coils for over $20. It turned out that the connector on the new coils were not long enough and that's why they wouldn't work in my vape. I tried to change my coil again and realized he accidentally sold me the same type that Van Gogh Vapes sold me. At this point I just needed a solution quickly. (I was already down $50 on coils I couldn't use and had to waste another $30 on a nasty Juul I was only using for one day to hold me over until I could get back to the shop. $80 down the drain!) I sent a message to Sterling Vape on Facebook and the owner replied very quickly. I explained the situation and she was so understanding of my frustrations. She offered solutions immediately and was willing to give me a refund or credit since I couldn't use the coils that were sold to me. I called Van Gogh Vapes and asked if I could have my money back since they sold me the wrong coils and they told me "no, because we would be losing money. There's something wrong with your vape, not our coils" ?♀️ My vape still works just fine with the correct coils! There's absolutely nothing wrong with it........ So, I stopped into Sterling Vape the first chance I got and the owner wasn't there. It was a different kid working that night and he told me the owner would be there from 8-8 the next day. I stopped in the next morning around 8:45 only to realize that the hours listed online are 11am- opening. I sent another message on Facebook just to check the accuracy. They didn't open until 11 and she wasn't sure why her employee told me those hours, but she knew my current situation and offered to come in anyway!! She did not have to do that! ❤️ I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. She drove to the shop more than 2 hours before opening, just to help me out. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from any business ? I'm still super frustrated that Van Gogh Vapes sold me the wrong coils and then blamed it on me. I would understand if I came in and asked for a specific coil and I was the one that chose the wrong coils, but they were the ones that told me to use those, and then wouldn't give me my money back for selling me a product I can't use. They were okay with me losing money, just not themselves. I do not recommend Van Gogh Vapes, but I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Vape Company!

I brought a geek vape box mod from here a week ago and already now it stop working i been dealing with it trying to get it to work and it wont i just brought it from here an now it manufacturers i need to exchange for a new box long story short ended up going to the shop met Brett the new manager he was such a big help today thank you guys they exchange my box because the one that wasnt working no matter what Brett tried to do to make it work it wouldn't turn on so i ended up with a new one i went 2 days at work without a vape an today because of Brett i got to have my vape back thank you guys

Of all the Vape shops in the area, this one seems to be one of the most knowledgeable. The last Vape shop I frequented stopped carrying the coils consistently with stories of hard to find stock. Long story short I found my new shop here. They even carry my juice too. Highly recommend!

Was a bit tricky to find, then when we found it, it appeared closed at first glance, had to turn the doorknob to find out it was in fact open. I asked what flavors they had that were icy, the guy had zero idea, and compared to a lot of other places, the prices here are ridicules. For what I paid here, for some brand I had never heard and a flavor I didn't know if I was going to like or not, I could have bought 2 bottles that I know were what I wanted at house of vapes.. moral of the story, stick with the places that you know! This place was an absolute waste of time and money.

This is the best shopping experience ive ever had hands down!! I Legitimately had fun. Top quality products at fair prices. I spent an hr in this store bc i did not want to leave!! Ill be back for sure this is now my go to vape shop!!

Absolutely love this place!!! The shop is very clean and well organized. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They have a lot of product knowledge and always make you feel welcomed and a priority! They have a lot of product selection and juice flavors. I can always find what I am looking for every time I come in there!!

Rented a Uhaul from this establishment. High quality owners/employees. Very personable and kind. Very clean and well lit store. Great parking. All in all definitely impressed and more than a “roadside vape shop” worth a visit if u need a uhaul or vape supply
