I would give Zero stars if i could, technicians obviously dont know what they are doing or are using uncalibrated equipment. Took my car to get windshield replacement and calibration they told me car had error codes on multiple systems including power steering and they could not preform the work, what a joke no error codes on dash or on starlink system, took to subaru dealer and they found no codes nothing wrong cost me over 100 plus another day i took off from work so lost wages on top, will NEVER try use safelite againng! Avoid! Proof is below!

This places sucks. Made an appointment for them to come out and fix my windshield, they never came and wasted an entire Saturday. Said they ran out of time for the day. No excuses for this and absolutely unacceptable.

Three did excellent job he deserves raise he's best auto glass repair person I've seen and I'm little bit of a bad boy with glass I had cars were had to replace alot due to fact I take my vehicles off road

Had appointment for today waited all day get a call they won’t make it today call office get told I can reschedule and have the installer call me back then hung up after already waiting a week and a half and putting up 400 dollars just to get put off after taking a day off work lmao

Zachary, who worked on my cracked windshield, and the whole staff, really, were very prompt, polite, and professional. Got my cracked windshield replaced in about an hour, and Zachary even glued the rubber liner back to the windshield - it had come loose a while back, and was really bugging me, and he did that without me even asking, so, thank you for that! Highly recommend this place for auto glass repair.

Straight A$$ holes, I scheduled an appointment to replace my windshield here but since I work over night I had my wife take my car to them and they denied her because a came in a few minutes late like 5 to 10 minutes late. I would have understood if it was 30 to an hour late but a couple of minutes no way, I took my business elsewhere and the biggest issue is that I have used safelite in the past where everything was great but this time they were just A$$ holes here

I've had a bad experience before and would never come back due to rude employees, however, my uncle recently got his glass replaced with excellent service. The technician guy was Roland. He was very friendly, and very patient, as my uncle asked so many questions. But Roland was able to provide us with not only great customer service but knowledge of the job. I thought I would never go back to Safelite, but I will tell people to come to this location and to see if they can request Roland for the job.

Installation and reprogramming were good but communication within was very bad. Sat there for 3 hours and wasn't once updated on my vehicle. Had to reschedule twice for the reprogramming because of weather and bad communication.

A windshield repair company , yet unable to replace a windshield.I had safelite come out for a mobile windshield repair on my 02 Isuzu Trooper, they were unable to fix it. Said i need to go into the shop. I go into the shop and the manager Scott informs me they cannot work on this vehicle. Didn't even really look into it at all. Just didn't want my business. the vehicle is 22 years old & I put some CULK on top of the seal for visual reasons since the vehicle has been re painted... No leaks at all just a big crack that needs replaced. Vehicle is 2002 original owner and has had 2 previous windshields installed at SAFELITE yellow brick road.Now 5 years later they refuse to work on my vehicle. I wasted 2 hours. I went to another glass repair automotive concepts on merrit blvd and there was no questions asked. Windshield was replaced.
