If you have a billing question, don’t. Because they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails or emails so good luck.

Remedi deserves a 0. They rip off the vulnerable population they claim to serve. The billers are unsophisticated, and blame others for their mistakes, including blaming the patients. The billers are allowed to bill patients for medicines that the patient does not take and are not prescribed. Their excuses are absolute nonsense, and management allows this practice. Is it legal? I think not. BTW, if you included the CEO in email correspondence, he does absolutely NOTHING.

I was a temporary worker there for about 1 year from 2017-2018.One day after I had completed about 7 months there, the HR person was upset that I was still a temp. She asked me "How many people do you think are temp here?" I told her I didn't know and that wasn't my job to know that. She told me the another temp was hired recently. I told her that temp was from another agency's and I had to follow temp to hire protocol for my agency. I told her my supervisor there said she wanted to hire me. The HR person said "Well she never told me that!" I told her "she told told me that, take it up with her." The HR person wanted me to apply to another entirely different position and to talk to the manager about. I did andat first he confused me with another person. Utimately, he didn't hire me. So I'm not supposed to remain a temp but I'm not to be hired to a permanent position either and remain a temp all at the same time. I left soon afterwards due to an injury that the same HR person had no idea to handle. This place is confused, understaffed, overwhelmed and lacking leadership and have zero communication skills. They have their upper management doing stock work on weekends because they can't hire anyone.

This is strictly a review for phone contact....my (very elderly) mother lives at a long-term care facility in metro Baltimore and I pay all of her bills. The facility orders specialized medications from this pharmacy, which is on an infrequent basis for my mother. I've needed to call Remedi occasionally when paying bills and also when there was once a problem with a bill. Every single person I've ever spoken to has been *incredibly* friendly (and also very helpful, on that one occasion).

This is the most horrid place I’ve worked in my years of working. The schedule is unreasonable, the pay is sad and the people there are like kids in highschool. This place is nothing but drama. Even the supervisors be in the mix of drama between employees or each other. Please do not waste your time apply to this sorry excuse of a job!

Took me eight years to revisit this trauma. Applied at Remedi over internet. Was prompted to take a Wonderlic and two advanced math test. I was called immediately. 48 score on Wonderlic, high nineties on math test. What can I say, I'm a Dulaney Lion.

I've tried to email this company twice, once thru the email address listed on their invoice, and again directly thru their website. The first email was rejected as undeliverable. The message sent directly thru their website appears to have gone thru, but it's been over 2 weeks with no response whatsoever.

Why isn't there a zero star option? The Assisted Living Facility insists on using this pharmacy., but I wish they didn't. Remedi delivered the wrong medication (but tried to blame the facility for their own mistake, even though they provided the order from from the facility which listed the correct med), billed for medication which was not delivered or needed during hospital stays, won't or can't bill Medicare for diabetic test supplies, and charge outrageous prices for supplements and other over the counter items. Their billling department is a joke. Expect to spend an hour each month reviewing the confusing bill for errors and who knows how many hours to get them to understand the error and fix it. After complaining to multiple people, I was promised prompt return calls. Two weeks later, after trying multiple people, I am still waiting for them to investigate the issues and follow up.

The absolutely worst pharmacy ever!
