“Omg I LOOOOOOOOOVE this place! Love what they have to offer, and even more- love each and every employee who works there. My baby boy recently injured his front left leg. I have been instructed to keep him inactive for the past MONTH (!!!?!? So hard as any dog owner can testify, especially parents of Bully breeds…) If it were not for Pet Depot’s amazing hydrotherapy pool, my pup would not be healing at the rate he is, and most likely would injure himself further by not having an outlet for his energy. He absolutely ADORES swimming- it is the highlight of his day, and therefore mine. He is exhausted and happy afterwards- exactly how dogs should be .I am also extremely impressed by all of the employees who work at Pet Depot- Al, Jack, Andrew, Ray, Liam, Colin, Ciro, Finn & Matthew. Each of these individuals knows my baby boy by name (Jefe), gives him love and attention when we walk through the door, and even remembers to ask how his various vet appointments went. This is remarkable considering the volume of clients they see on a daily basis. This is also exactly why we continue to support this place- a business where each and every employee actually cares. This is how all businesses should run- especially those that cater to us pet parents. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! We will always continue to come back!”
“This is the best pet groomer in town. We have a dog and 2 cats that are cared for here and they love this place. They always come out clean and happy. The owner has us on a regular schedule and always books our appointments every year ahead of time. They are organized, clean, and courteous. Highly recommend this groomer!”
“I am completely in shock with how awesome this place is! My 9 year old pittie is very dramatic when getting her nails trimmed and was causing it to be hard to get grooming appointments anywhere. Gail and her team took her in and she apparently didn’t even make a peep while she got a bath and nail trim. We have found our new groomer & are so grateful to have found them!”

“Prior to moving cross-country, I was researching where I would source feeders from. However, I first came in looking for a terrarium as my reptile's home wouldn't arrive on time. Although I didn't find what I was looking for, Barbara was very helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. There are a variety of animals, including rodents, in the shop, so there is a minor smell but nothing out of the ordinary for this kind of environment, and nothing that made me think twice about getting feeders. Other places in the area didn't have the type of enclosure I wanted, and Barbara and Terry went out of their way to help me and my noodle baby out. I boarded her for a little over a week and picked her up today. She was in good spirits despite a little stuck shed on her face. I think it's safe to say that I was more sensitive to her being away from home than she was ? I'm really grateful to the folks here who made a stressful situation manageable.”

“This may seem odd as a representative of K-9 Kraving that I am leaving a review, HOWEVER, I too, am a customer of K-9 Kraving. Currently, I have 3 furr-kids, all rescues, varying breeds, all different ages. Since joining my pack, they have all been fed K-9 Kraving diets. Abbey is the matriarch of our pack. A 14yo Jack-ChiChi mix. For the most part, Abbey has been an easy keeper over the years; trimming her nails and weight management were our greatest challenges until about 1.5 years ago. Out of nowhere, about every 4 months, Abbey's ears and paws would become infected, and transferring to her mouth from licking/scratching. Each visit & pharma treatment at the DVM was leaving me with a $180 - $200 bill. But more frustrating than the cost was not knowing the WHY it was a reoccurring challenge. Chicken, Beef & Veg (or) Chicken & Veg w/ Mackerel were the standards in our house with only K-9 Kraving dried treats for foraging snacks. One day, as I was creating technical posts for our FB page, I personally focused on the benefits of one of our most under-appreciated diets, Rabbit, Duck & Vegetable. This diet has ant-inflammatory qualities and is also low in cholesterol, excellent for senior canines.....DING, DING, DING!!! For Abbey, I made the connection that older dogs have different needs... We made the switch in January 2023. FFW to today, Abbey is the leanest she has ever been, inflammation & infection free for over 4 months (WOO-HOO) and more active than ever! She is actually playing with toys. I couldn't be happier with the difference the RDV diet has made for her. In Abbey's case, the inflammation was triggering licking and scratching, ultimately resulting in infection. With RDV diet those triggers have been neutralized. I was in there today talking about my pup who had jaw surgery and is now an incredibly sloppy eater. They had so many great suggestions on how I could best make her meatballs (lol) and, more importantly, were so compassionate about our "new normal," sharing their stories about their own dogs trials and tribulations. I am a lifelong fan and patron now and highly recommend Howl. This is what small business is all about.”

I never seem to be in a queue at the store, and when I check out, the cashiers are always very helpful and friendly. Mimzy, apparently, approves every time I come home from there!”

The cashier was friendly, patient, engaging, and focused with the customer in front of me, but she didn’t even make eye contact with me while checking me out, was doing other things, and just rushed me out. I thought I was going to get the same customer service as the lady in front of me, but I guess not. Cashier needs to be more mindful of how she comes off to customers of different demographics”

“I call her Little Belly because she's small but eats non-stop. She is a six year old runt of a litter of five shihtzus, and her real name is Bela. On her latest appointment at PetSmart, she got a clean bill of health.”

“We have had our Goldendoodle’s grooming done twice now by Jennifer at Petco in Nottingham. She does a great job! She spends time explaining the different options and also gives her expert opinion when asked. Our boy doesn’t hesitate to go with her and we rest assured knowing he is in great hands.

“I took my four month old Bernedoodle to get her shots today. I was a scared mother and she was a nervous puppy! Dr. Gina and her wonderful assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) were the KINDEST and most considerate. They took such great care of her while giving her shots. Not to mention when I went to check out, the employees were so sweet. Trying to feed her doggie cookies and say hello to make her feel a little safer. They also found it funny how I had to drag her everywhere since she was too scared to walk haha.
Thanks so much for a memorable experience here, it really, truly means the world to know that my pup is in good hands.”
