“I came to the shop to see if I could get my tire patched due to it having a nail. I knew that the shop would probably be busy as today is the day before thanksgiving. I was kind of disappointed to have waited close to 4 and 1/2 hours before hearing a status on the car which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As a customer, it shows personal interest and a respect for customers time when status updates are given on the service of our cars. Overall, my experience was positive and I would come back to get my car serviced here.”

“I have been a customer of this business since 2020 and I cannot recommend them enough. They have taken care of me through two different Subys and I know I can always trust what they say. They don’t price gouge and they are very friendly and willing to explain things to me even when I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t know jack about cars? “I love the best of humanity!I got to my car at BWI and had a completely flat tire. The Parking Spot Bus Driver cleared about 6” of snow off my car with his brush and filled my tire with enough air to get to a repair place. I called to see if an auto place could help me and went toSNT Automotive401 S Camp Meade RoadEven though there was a sign on the door saying “we are full”, their parking lot was crammed full, and both bays were full, Duffy took the screw out of my tire, patched my tire, and told me there was no charge but sometimes people just tipped so I did. What could’ve been an hours long problem was just a matter of minutes. Highly recommend both Parking Spot and SNT!”

From the time I walked inside I felt a great vibe Rob was amazing to the customer before me I felt great about his service. Although the news of my transmission being blown up from another shop Negligent Rob helped me and made it very clear what went wrong with my truck. “I found Hillen Tire and Auto Service by happenstance just when I needed them.I had a bad experience with another local mechanic and was feeling less than optimistic about finding someone reputable and reliable to help me navigate the repairs on my car that the other place recommended as “critical”.After doing my due diligence of calling multiple places for quotes and reading reviews, I found Hillen simply by driving by it.I called for a quote on a Friday. The staff at Hillen was knowledgeable and friendly and I decided to make an appointment with them for the following Monday based on our phone conversation. I’m so happy I did.After replacing 4 tires for $300 less than the other place wanted to charge, Brian, the owner, personally walked me through the list of items the other mechanic had given me and told me what repairs were actually necessary for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek.(And whoever wrote in the reviews that the owner was attractive wasn’t lying!)But Brian’s good looks, while noteworthy, are not the focal point here. What I most wish to convey in this review is the transparency and the integrity that I witnessed with Brian and the staff at Hillen. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and courteous.I actually felt seen and heard when I expressed my concerns. Brian took the time to explain everything to me and I left reassured that my car was in fact safe to drive and that I didn’t need a lot of the “suggested” repairs the other place listed as critical.So if you have been struggling to find an honest (attractive) team of humans who are going to tell you straight up what you need and who aren’t trying to just make a dollar off of you, and who do a great job, Hillen is your place.I left the 1st mechanic in tears. Had every opportunity to upcharge me for an additional set of calipers but didn’t and that speaks volumes.Haven’t found a mechanic this honest in Washington so maybe I’ll just need to make a trip up here when I need work done.”

“The folks at Jiffy Lube are fast, friendly and give great service at a decent price. I'm going to use today's visit as an example. Before they started working on my car one of the technicians approached me and said that my oil change wasn't due for 800 more miles and asked if they should proceed. As it turns out I have an emission inspection due so I said yes, please go ahead. But asking if I really wanted their service? Who does that? When they come to me and tell me they've found a correctable problem I know that they're being honest. They've earned my trust, time and again. Today was just another example. Thanks Jiffy Lube.”

“I went here two weeks ago when I got off of work. I pulled up at 5:50 PM with a busted up tire, desperately needing it changed. Google has the hours posted as open until 6:30, but I found out when I got there that they actually closed at 6. I never would have gone that day if I’d known the hours weren’t correct online. However, an amazing employee (I think he said his name was John) took me in, despite me pulling up right at closing time and changed my tire for me. I am SO grateful for the employees there. They’re always so respectful, but HUGE shout out to John in particular. Thank you so much!!”
