“Went in looking for a home printer. I was done with the “instant ink” and buying cartridges that were reported by the printer to need replacement when they were only half empty.
I’ve had HP printers before. They all have heavy lids with nothing in place to allow them to gently close on their own. If you lift the lid, and accidentally lose grip of it, it slams down on the printer hard enough to turn the HP into a paperweight. Happened with two HPs, and it only takes one time.
Found an Epson Eco tank printer that was on sale. The printer came with enough ink to print literally thousands of pages. A pack of 4 replacement ink bottles (b&w and three colors) is only $25. I love it. It was the exact same price as Amazon. I’ve been using Office Depot for years, and have no regrets.”
