Very disappointed. About a month or two ago purchased 4 new tires for my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was told it would be about a half hour wait then it would be done. 2 1/2 hours later my truck was done. My display in my truck after they installed the new tires then kept telling me my right front tire was getting low. I took my truck in to my dealership for a oil change and had them fill the tires. Again I was loosing air in my right front so I just took my truck in to my local tire shop not ntb had them look for the leak and they couldn't find it so the cleaned the rim and remounted the tire. Long story short the tech at ntb did not reprogram the tire sensors nor did he clean the rims to ensure proper mounting. I am not happy at all and going to have to pay someone again to fix the tire that is leaking.

not even from over here and i got a flat, but i came in and they did both of my front tires and even fixed my back tire.

Just tried calling to get a price for an alignment and I had a bad connection. The guy who answered the phone was talking so fast you could barely understand what he said and after him saying hello once he just hung the phone up so I called back 4 times back to back and he never answered so I called from a different number and he answered right away with a rude tone. Needless to say I’ll be contacting corporate

This place is great. Always prompt and professional. Great customer service!! I have been to ALOT of other places but I only come here now because of the excellent service and timely resolution to any issues I might have with tires.

I had made an appointment at another garage nearby, and was turned away despite my appointment. I decided to go here to see if they could get me in before close, and they were! I only needed 2 tires, but got a great deal on all 4. The change was done in an hour and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend NTB and I will be a return customer!

5 stars are not enough!! I went to a different NTB and bought 4 new tires and my 2 front tires kept getting low. I returned to the NTB I originally went to 3 times with that concern and each time they just filled the tires with air. BUT, today I came to THIS NTB (by accident, actually) and the gentlemen immediately took care of my car. They fixed the issue that the other location missed, and the most incredible part is that they didn’t charge me (because I just bought 4 new tires less that 30 days ago), as well as had me in and out under 30 mins. You guys are my heroes ! Thank you !!!

I came back from a road trip and noticed the next day I had a flat tire. Went to put air in the tire and it wouldn’t hold air. Called around to everywhere and no one had my tire it had to be ordered. No one wanted to order the tire until I called NTB and I spoke with Tyler and he got the tire ordered for me no problem with an ETA for arrival and service. Upon arrival Justin assisted me with my tire order and helped me get a 2 tires at a great deal through price match. As I also needed another tire due to tread advised by the mechanic. At check out for some reason in the system it made the price altered for one tire and not the other. Just called and spoke to a representative to get the price corrected. I’m still currently sitting and awaiting the results. But I just want to shout out the the two employees who specifically helped and the staff overall. Service was not delayed and efficiently explained and the assistance in getting the customer a seamless experience as far their control is appreciated. Gotta give people praise when the work they do is more than they have to do.

They had NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD PEOPLE BEFORE MAKING APPOINTMENTS!!! I WAS SWEATING FOR A HOUR AND A FORTY FIVE MINS WHILE I WAIT FOR TWO TIRES!!!!
