After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. So delightful to meet an employee so sensitive to my needs and so willing to take extra steps to help me. Good job, Luzi!!”
“Let me tell yall about my experience! My phone fell into water on a family vacation, I could of just gotten a replacement through apple care however I had pictures on there that were not backed up .I took it to a place in Owing mills, and the man informed me unfortunately there was nothing he could for my phone i would have to get a replacement... NOT TRUE! Someone referred me to Mobile Lizzard and I am so glad i trusted my gut and went ahead and brought my phone. She was able to fix my phone and I was able to save those pictures I truly thought I lost. She was so honest, nice and quick and the price was so affordable. “The tech is Very friendly and knowledgeable. She provides a perfect satisfying service. She asked me to allow her 30 minutes, and she repaired it before that. I had been to Best Buy and apple center, but they asked to pay $325 to fix it. Apple center said to exchange a new phone with a $599 plus taxes and service fee. I just paid $129, and she cleaned water inside and replaced screen (which was blacked out).”

I was greeted by Nate who asked how can I help you this evening. I informed Nate I was in need of a new phone, that my current phone was old and in need of replacement. Nate discussed different phone options that would best meet my needs. I picked out a phone that suited my needs then Nate assisted with transferring my information to the new phone. When all was completed, I walked out of the store with a new phone 20 minutes after closing time. I thanked Nate for his assistance and for staying open longer to assist me with getting a new phone. Nate thanked me for coming in and said it was his pleasure to help me with my new phone. He then gave me his number to contact him if I had any further questions. I was provided with great customer service, which is hard to come by these days so for that I give Nate and the AT&T store a five star rating for my experience.”

But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...

“Its a great store. The staff is really customer oriented and will help you if you're in a tight situation. They're really nice people. All you need to do is ask them and they'll find you some sort of discount. This store is just as good as verizon was to me for customer service years and years ago with my first cell phone and home phone bundle. But Verizon got too expensive for me...although they had great customer service too. I haven't seen the equivalent until the last few years I've been with boost. The store on 25th and Charles street I'd the absolute best store with the best customer service you could ask for in a phone service provider. If you are with metro pcs or t mobile, switch to boost.You won't regret it. They'll even help you with your bill if you can't get the cash together one month..they'll let it go and you'll be a month behind but you gotta tell them before you're service is cut off or their hands are tied. Its still corporate. But this is a small town feeling of a store because they really care about the customers and their satisfaction.”
“I am a new customer with Verizon, and I purchased my phone and new service from this store a little over a month ago. Today, I was ready to cancel my service because I had been having some tech problems, and I could not figure out if it was my phone or the service, so I came back to the store for guidance. The representative that sold me the phone and signed me up for Verizon service, did not seem to care about helping me at all. He didn't even ask another Rep to help me. Just shrugged his shoulders.
I asked another Verizon Rep - Austin, at the store to assist me, Austin was great! He listened to me, he was patient, and he explained what the issue could be. Ultimately, he solved my problem. I honestly was a 5 minute drive from going back to T-Mobile, but thanks to Austin, and his willingness to take time to help me, my phone issue is resolved and I am still with Verizon.”
