Well, what an eye-opening experience with MedStar Pharmacy! Witnessing their unique approach to 'customer engagement' was quite the experience. Casey S certainly has a knack for leaving a lasting impression, albeit not the kind one expects from a healthcare professional. Kudos to them for providing such a memorable lesson in patience and respect. However, I'll be sticking with my pharmacy in New York, where they prioritize teamwork and respect among staff members. Thanks for the enlightenment, MedStar!
Edit: I see that the company has reached out for me to submit a formal complaint. And I also see a lot of reviews are along the lines of my review. Since I will no longer be choosing this pharmacy nor do I hold a personal grudge against their representative, I will not be submitting my contact information for follow up. Instead, maybe the company can take the time to retrain their staff on customer service skills seeing as people are not too happy with their quality of care.

If I could give 0 stars then I would, horrible experience, poor communication, and besides the horrible inexcusable attitude received from the pharmacy tech. Saprina Hayes. Very disappointed in false communication given involving my child's medication.

Whoever the receptionist is that worked on 10/09 at 10:25 AM needs to be taught a lesson or two on customer service. Speak politely to patients and control your anger sweetheart.

Is is no wonder to me why the rating is so low for this pharmacy. There is one employee in particular, Casey- a pharmacist, that is incredibly rude and short. She clearly does not want to do her job or is very unhappy with her life. I am not sure why simple questions are so triggering for her.

very rude nurse and a doctor who wanted to push oxycodone on me as soon as I got to the room...which took about 8 hours...avoid this hospital ☠️

15 hours in the emergency room and the staff is so rude and disrespectful. This was my first and last time coming here. Lady was screaming for a nurse and they laughed at her and told her to wait three different nurses and she had to go to the bathroom.

Let me just say their nursing staff needs quite a bit if training.. I had major abdominal reconstruction colon resection and was treated like dog meat!!! I couldn't get proper pain care wound care assistance with restroom nobody would help me do anything. I had the absolute worst experience, major back surgery with nearly 0 care given by the nursing staff. I was treated like a drug addict when screaming for my medication after it being three hours late after having my back cut wide-open one day after. I am totally at a loss for words at the treatment I was given. I would use the call button and they would reset the button and not come and treat me. I remained stuck in my bed with atrophy in my muscles and screaming in agony. Next time I would rather go home and die then deal with Franklin Square hospital! I will not go back there for any sort of treatment that entails their nursing staff

I had a wonderful experience while visiting a family member on the 3rd floor at Medstar Franklin Square today. The nursing staff were competent and very responsive. The physician was available to answer all of my questions. Every need was met. I am especially grateful for Nurse Campbell and all of the compassionate care that she provided to my loved one. I would recommend Medstar Franklin Square without hesitation.
