This labcorp employed a bunch of charlatans who treat customers with disdain.I was treated with so much disregard. A lady walked up to me and said she's the phlebotomist who draws blood for the kids. She has an attitude that says am nasty and I can't help my old self. The moment she heard an accent from me,she was so rude and nasty. She pulled and grabbed my childs arm and said she would not draw his blood because he's spoilt and I was not raising him right. She said," I am not playing with y'all". I was scolded and antagonized by this team member. I recieved unsolicited parenting classes and was eventually asked to leave because according to her my child was dehydrated. When I asked for a suoervisor, another team member lied and said there was none.Stay away from this labcorp,it's so ghetto in there, they are unprofessional, ill mannered and outright nasty. This horrid experience of mine happened in room 2 with an african american woman, she needs to be reprimanded before he hurts someones child. She is evil, she was visibly upset when I was comforting my own baby after she stuck a needle in his arm.

We just went to this location to get my daughter's blood drawn. I was listening to how kind and helpful this person at the counter was to 2 older people. She really explained everything to them, and was very kind and patient. We were next. Her name was Aisha. She was so amazing! Not only was she helpful and fast, she literally brightened mine and my daughter's day. My daughter said she had magic hands, and it didn't hurt at all. Then she gave her a cute little bag with a fox on it. I mean.... I liked her so much... I was gonna ask her what she was doing this weekend to have a girls night. Lol. She is definitely the type of person who should be working in the medical field with other people. She needs a raise a.s.a.p.

Went in the morning at a walk in and waited less than 5 minutes. Megan drew my blood with no pain and was an absolute pleasure to interact with especially since I had my toddler with me

I came for a pre-scheduled blood draw on a Friday afternoon. This is without a doubt the nicest LabCorp I've ever been to (and I have my blood drawn every 6 months). There's a reason why multiple reviews mention Aisha by name. She was my technician, and she is sweet as can be. Makes you feel welcome, comfortable, talks like you're old friends. A great experience overall.

Staff would remove Walk-In patients off the check-in list. Claimed that name is called when staff doesn’t call anyone’s name for nearly an hour.

I believe this LabCorp is utterly incompetent. I attempted to call them numerous times to confirm that they received the faxed order from my doctor, but no one ever answered the phone. My doctor finally got confirmation, but when LabCorp tested my blood sample, they only ran one of the 6 tests that were on the doctor's order. Apparently the lab lost the second page of the faxed lab order! Now my insurance company will not cover the cost for me to go to another lab to have the other 5 tests run as part of my annual blood work. Not only is this lab incompetent, but I had to wait 40 minutes to get my blood drawn even though I had an appointment and there was only one other person in the waiting area. I will not go back to this lab for any reason.

The lab tech name Aiesha was perfect she did the lab for my son & did it very efficiently my son didn’t cry or anything he kept his eyes on her was more focus on the sticker she offered him then the needle! I was very happy with Aiesha’s services!!! I will say whoever the receptionist was up front was lost and wasn’t sure of what she was doing. It was about several people in the waiting room that wasn’t sure why their names weren’t being called even though they have waited for several minutes (30)+.:: she needs to be retrained ASAP!! Thank you Aiesha for your patience and fast service I would recommend you to all/anyone who needs lab work done!!!! My stars are for Aiesha not for the take in process !!

This lab corp is outright rude. My child came in with an appointment and was asked to sit down still and wait my turn by the rude phlebotomist. My worst luck, she’s the one getting blood work for my son and says I look flustered? Why mam, it’s because you came at me rude from the geco. Then, she couldn’t get the labs and tells me what to do with my child and I need to calm down. They said he didn’t drink enough water, he’s a baby he’s only drinking mostly milk. I’ve never had a problem with him getting blood ever since he was a born. Worst part of it, another phlebotomist came to get blood from the other arm but couldn’t get it. My son got stuck two times for no reason. Worst lab corp. Do yourself a favor and go to the one next door where you get better care and sticks.

Located on the 3rd floor, suite 300. The woman at the front desk lacks people skills and was unprofessional. After checking in at the kiosk which several elderly people struggled to use, one must wait to be called. I waited about 10 minutes after the kiosk check in. I provided my lab forms and she commented about the provider and date. She said go to the back. I entered the door and was told to go to a room number. Patients were peeking in rooms because only the phlebotomist was back there and they were as clueless as I was. She was very nice and kind. The blood draw pain free with a little bruising (my norm). The front desk clerk clearly has some issues working with the public. It was like she hates her job and dislikes helping others.I have yet to go to a lab where the staff is friendly, compassionate, and professional. I'll try the Hospital Drive location, hopefully, it will be a better experience. Ample sized parking lot, but it is constantly busy, so be careful. Exiting the lot going north is difficult, especially during peak times. Non-stop flow of fast traffic.

Every time I come here, no matter the day or time they are either short staffed or incredibly lazy, slow and rude. If there was another option in the area I'd definitely go there. If you can't be courteous and efficient go work somewhere else

Considering they open at 730am. The waiting room was filled. Seems to be no supervision and employees were walking in whenever they wanted. Just your typical office now a days.

A women named Bim took my blood, she was excellent and experienced. Nothing but good things to say about her. She needs a raise. So refreshing to have a good experience.Computers had some difficulty and waited a bit but that’s not the workers faults. Overall liked it much better than the attitudes over at the other building in the same business center. Well worth the wait
