Went to the facility this morning and I really had a bad experience. The guy at the front desk is very rude. Doesn’t smile or even say Hi or hello. Just flat face. He was giving me an instruction while walking away and i cannot even understand what he was saying. We had an argument with his attitude and he even denied me for a service telling me to leave. This is very poor customer service and this guy need to have a deciplinary action. This is not lab corp supposed to represent there name with bad employee. The lady who draw blood to me said his name is Robin. I will make a complaint with regards to this matter to threaten me for denying a service to me. This is against Lab corp policy and discrimination

I'm sharing my truly honest opinion of this Labcorp location - it's my favorite and has the best staff! Yes, it's open bright & early willing to serve others. Yes, it has a clean waiting area as well as the lab rooms. If you're looking for immediate service to get your labs drawn, this is not the place to go and I say that with all positivity. People need to be patient with staff when going to labs that have very minimal staff performing multiple tasks and trying to service each person for their individual needs.
I commend this Labcorp location for your professionalism, customer service, wonderful expertise, and just having the sheer strength to endure those who are impatient. For the impatient people, you have 3 choices: leave, wait, or try to draw your own labs yourself; otherwise, give grace to places that do more with severely less staff - this is how it is everywhere so get used to it.
Kudos to this Labcorp location and the staff. I call you my secret hideaway spot for all my lab needs, see you next time. Thank you!

It might be weird to have a favorite Labcorp, but this one is hands down the best. I've had a lot of labwork done and have had extremely positive experiences each time. Everyone here is amazing. On a super busy Saturday, the gentleman who works here went out of his way to call around to other locations when they ran out of a specific vial after I had been waiting for 45 minutes (I was a walking, no complaints) and made sure they held my spot when I arrived since I had been there awhile. He drew my blood today and it was perfect - tiniest pinch and super quick. Another time I had 14 vials drawn in one sitting and Roberta was an absolute angel about it. Super skilled, efficient and so, so friendly. I'm shocked at some of the comments others have made. Don't mistake efficiency and professionalism for rudeness. These workers are here to get us in and out, and often have to deal with trauma response on top of a revolving door of cranky people. Funny how I've been here multiple times and no matter the atmosphere, I've never had anything but positive interaction. But maybe that's because I don't drag my own baggage into Labcorp with me. The team here has been stellar, in their level of service, skill and care.

Yesterday, I was a walk-in to this facility. Being new to the area, I was very happy to see such an updated and clean facility- these are important qualities. I walked in to sign into the computer and there was no greeting although there was a staff member right there. I was just thankful the facility was clean. The wait time was very short to my surprise and I was thankful for that as I had to be at work shortly. The staff member (one who checked me in) is at best what I would describe as efficiently rude. He spoke exactly and coarsely as he took my information. I knew the service was not good by his interaction but I was thankful he was only working the front desk and not the one to draw blood. Moments later, he told me to head back to the black seats until called. As I was waiting I overheard the same staff member come back to the older woman who was drawing blood on another patient say, “are you over it” “do you want me to take over?” Apparently, the patient had scar tissue and drawing blood was difficult that it was I could deduce. It was so rude to hear them say, “yes, I’m over it.” The woman who was “over it” was now coming to draw my blood and I already knew from her likewise rude demeanor this was not going to be a pleasant experience. She gruffly asked me for my paperwork and told me to have a seat. She came over to draw my blood. As she was drawing my blood- I needed quite a few vials for various test- she kept saying I was bending my arm. I kindly say I’m holding it as straight as possible. She said, “you are messing up my flow.” The next thing I knew blood was coming out and pooling on my arm and onto my dress. I said, Ma'am, I’m bleeding. She said coldly, “I know.” The unfortunate part was that she was not even finished the vials and said she would have to go in the other arm. I couldn’t believe blood had gushed out so much it was coming onto my clothes for work. It was a horrible experience. I tried to put on a face to get through the other blood drawing so she wouldn’t be as rough. I left there and had to go home and change my work clothes. I can’t tell you how unprofessional and cold this experience was. I have had blood drawn many times in my life- this has never happened.
Update: After this very difficult experience, I learned my labs were never sent or received by the requesting doctors.

Not the best or worst experience however they are obviously understaffed and overworked. I scheduled an appointment and ended up waiting an hour anyway. When I was called back the collector was back and forth between me and signing in another person.
They need more people or less appointment slots to reduce the workload.

There was this guy there who had an attitude. He made me feel uncomfortable through my whole appointment. It seems like anybody who came in at or after 1pm he had an attitude with. He was slamming things, pushed stuff into the wall, not giving clear instructions, walking away from me constantly, talking fast to the point I couldn’t even understand anything he was telling me to do. He was also rushing me to get certain things completed with no instructions on what to do in the first place. He even told me and a couple other people to go to another location because he wasn’t taking us.Is this really how you run your business and treat your patients? He told me I shouldn’t had been able to schedule an appointment at 1pm because he told them he’s not accepting anybody else
My appointment was at 1pm which I scheduled the day before, there was no reason for you to be nasty and rude towards us and I even had a door shut in my face. I didn’t catch his name.
His attitude should’ve been towards the company he work for not the patients.

Had a great experience here today with the most polite staff who were both working extremely hard with only 2 staff on hand. Very grateful for them and their kindness even during a stressful and packed day of appointments!

My visit today was not to pleasant . It was pretty packed and a ridiculous wait .to hear chatter from the back as if it was a problem with people still coming in that was highly unprofessional . I get to the back and I still have to wait on top of the doctor not washing his hands , not cleaning the seat I had to wipe it down my self . Just to get the job done and get us out because it was after 10am . The room was not clean for a patient to be in there . No way you guys operate in that order

This morning the elevator was not working. I had to walk up three flights of stairs and back down. I’m asthmatic. My breathing was out of control.
I watch an older woman walk down the stairs who is on a walker. Her husband or significant other was with her (an older man)and he carried the walker as he helped down the stairs. This is ridiculous!
FYI……LAB CORP needs to be on the first floor.

I am giving Patrice 5 stars for doing an excellent job she is very professional and I hope the next time I need labs she's still here because the guy that works there will never touch me again I am tired of being in pain from having blood drawn getting stabbed is probably less painful than him drawing blood
