The customer service was absolutely horrible. Cashiers were rude as hell and one employee reeked of alcohol. This is not the first time I had a horrible experience. Prices are decent but the service is horrible.

My experience at K&G was great until I got to the cashier. Never looked up to greet us and was acting like it was truly an issue to be working. My thought is that you shouldn’t work in retail if you don’t wanna be bothered with people. Also, I understand that the county has a tax on plastic bags and you gotta charge the customers but K&G you are using used bags!!! Shame on you.

K&G warehouse Pulaski Highway Golden Ring. You need something go in and see Marty. He is the man that will get you fitted right. Just had a suit tailored. Won't know how the tailoring job comes out until I pick it up on the March 23rd. Review will come afterwards. But you want a good fit don't hesitate to see Marty he will hook you up.

To be honest, I avoided the store because of the reviews. However, I was in a situation in which I needed clothes for a conference, and I decided to check them out as they were the closest option. I was extremely surprised by the professional level of customer service, the selection of clothing, how clean the store was, and I was able to find everything that I needed. I understand everybody's review isn't pleasant or positive. However, my experience was simply amazing.
