“Budget Waterproofing recently completed the waterproofing of my Anne Arundel County home. Bill Bollinger and his staff lived up my expectations. They did the job in the allotted time frame- one work week, were diligent in working every day and removing all the demolition and excavated materials; and were clear about the process and post waterproofing things to do. One issue occurred in the course of the work, a cracked pipe that was temporarily repaired. Mr. Bollinger provided an allowance for the future repair. All in all, I am very pleased with Budget Waterproofing's work on my home, and my now dry basement!”
“We have been going here for years! Best place ever for great selection of doors. Windows, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, even appliances at truly great prices! If you are renovating or just need a dorr or window, you absolutely must go to their monthly (first weekend of every non holiday month) on months with a holiday the 2nd weekend!”
“Not only do they supply construction materials, they also have Carolina brand boots in stock. I am unaware of any other store that has Carolina boots on the shelf. They also have good shovels and rakes.”
“It's always good to point out the people that do great at any place; the service today at this home depot was great! Mr Blaise, and the lady at Pro desk (whose name I don't recall, but I'll try to place it here next time) literally got me out the stress. Sometimes it's just the little things that make customer service outstanding. Keep up the good work!??”
“Josh in the paint department is fantastic. He has an excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, honest & really expert. Thanks Home Depot for hiring such a valuable employee.”
“Little pricy but if you need paint brushes or rollers way excellent deals. Also found some seriously old light bulbs for a lamp my wife has, which I couldn't even buy online or Lowes or home Depot. That was awesome, stupid lamp hasn't worked since last summer. She was really excited to see it lit up again this evening”
“One of the better Lowes in the Baltimore region. Good customer service, but at times you can be waiting for 20+ minutes for help. Mostly everything is self checkout now, so don't expect help at the checkout.”

“Online inventory was very accurate, save lots of time online navigation with product location shelf and they were very accurate. I was able to get in and out and checked out within 15 to 20 minutes and on my way to my project.”
“Found everything we were looking for. The store was very clean and organized. Customer service was outstanding. Mr. James was very patient and helpful. We will continue shopping this location!”
“Employees are friendly, they helped me load a big piece of lumber to repair my son’s treehouse! How thoughtful and kind
I would definitely be coming back here again!”
“HD is typical box hardware store with competitive prices to the " other" box hardware store. Sometimes items vary between locations. Easy access and parking. Staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful by answering customer questions”
“I HOPE this gets to the Manager or the Owner of This particular store in Glen Burnie because I just want to say with my whole heart that I was treated SOOO VERYYY NICELY & ABOVE & BEYOND by the ladies Trish or Tricia(she has pretty blue hair)& Also the other lady name Vicki that works with her at the Very front of the store at the customer service counter. I came in to look for something & the young lady & Trish/Tricia helped me by pointing me in the right direction & I didn't see it & then Vicki looked it up to help assist me to find Exactly what I wanted. We Both went to the aisle & it wasn't on the floor but instead it was up on the VERY TOP shelf & Vicki generously went to get the step ladder to climb up Safely to get it for me just so I can be satisfied to get what I came for & I'm telling you I REALLY DO APPRECIATE THEM BOTH & I Seriously HOPE & PRAY they get NOTICED & REWARDED for this bcos Every store don't have Great staff that Literally greet you & Also help assist you like way they did just to make sure I was happy. I was put First & Treated VERY NICELY WITHOUT A DOUBT & They're Always sweet to many others & greet them with the same respect & hospitality just like they gave me. This is my regular store that's near me that I go to for the things I need & I Wouldn't want this to go Unmentioned or Unrecognized when they BOTH
definitely should be recognized for their hard team work & that's what it's all about....Thanks So much ladies, You're the Best!!? ? ???”
“Yep, it’s a Home Depot. They’re gonna have it and they’re not gonna have it. You’re either gonna know more or you’re gonna ask him for help and the help you’re gonna get is gonna be OK.”

“Great place to find all your home improvement Essentials it can become frustrating at times when you're trying to pick up special orders my last two experiences talk more than 45 minutes to find an item then another 20 to get loaded as a contractor I find it hard to justify this”
“Just got back from TSC and my guy Will went above and beyond to lock down a $35 sale, which I think qualifies as top notch service.
Like everyone else, I wanted a 16'x50" cattle panel to use in the garden but I have an SUV without a roof rack and so conventional wisdom is "it ain't happening". Will walked me out to the panels anyway and I said I had a plan to cut the panel in half and then do some creative folding. Rather than saying "you're on your own dude", Will said "let me go get some bolt cutters". Next thing you know I got a cattle panel in the back of a Rav4 without a scratch.
If you want to know how to do it, and don't mind cutting the panel into 8' lengths: you need zip ties, a 4' long board, at least 40" wide x 30" high x 50" deep space in the back of your SUV, some towels, and Will from TSC in Rosedale.”
