They labeled my medication wrong and put the label to another one of my meds and didnt fill it, and it was a completely different medication. Thats very a serious situation, they can seriously hurt or even kill someone by mislabeled or dispensing the wrong medication. Its not the first time ive had to go back multiple times a week because they dint pay attention to dispensing meds. Check your pills before you leave the store. It's EXTREMELY alarming when they mislabeled a medication. The only person who seems to care is John the head doctor pharmacist. Skip the techs and talk to John the head pharmacist. The rest of them are questionable.

Angela and crystal are a good team . Angela goes above and beyond with helping you get the best rates also is fantastic person to listen to your prescription needs and what she can do to help ! Crystal Is also very knowledgeable on the system as well . If she can’t find the problem she sends it to the next person . She’s honest and a beautiful personality. These girls deserve 5 starts .

Misfilled my prescriptions regularly. Do not use this pharmacy!! They incorrectly filled my medication for 90 pills but only gave me 30 twice. The pharmacy tech kept smirking saying "i dont understand why you're so upset" (i was not yelling or acting irrationally). Getting ⅓ of an IMPORTANT LIFE SUSTAINING medication is messed. This is a VERY BIG DEAL. Especially when its a regular issue and no one ever says im sorry only complains at how overworked they are. Only go here if you triple check you got what you were actually prescribed. When i gave up at getting any understanding from the technician i walked away. She the yelled out "you need to check yourself into a mental hospital" The manager of the store overheard the pharmacy technician say what she said and they only motioned to silence the technician and told me i should leave. I did nothing wrong, i was called crazy by a pharmacy technician and they will get away with it. I hate that their manager's dont actually help customers and don't do their jobs.

I've gone here for years with no issues, but recently there has been a shift. There is a new woman who is a pharmacist and every time you go to pick up medication the line is now wrapped down the aisle. The system also shows that prescriptions are ready and then you get there and if she's working, she hasn't filled them yet. John is AMAZING and thorough, but I haven't seen him as much as the new woman I mentioned recently.

How the lady at the pharmacy counter manages to still work here after years of being rude and disgruntled is beyond my imagination. Short lady with glasses and non-existent personality is who I am referring to. You ask a question and she responds with”I don’t know”. The proper response is “I don’t know, but let my ask someone who does” I’m plain sick of my encounters with her. I just may change pharmacies.

Prescriptions are filled Quickly, they answer the phone when you call & everyone is pleasant to deal with! (Exactly the opposite of how cvs is)

Older male pharmacists very short, sarcastic and not very polite.Angela is always very friendly, helpful and polite. I'm just sorry she wasn't there when I came in.
