The Firestone in Rosedale, MD has great customer service and they are very knowledgeable about fixing on vehicles and making sure the customer understands the service they are providing.

Promised work to be done in an hour. Took 61 minutes. Close enough! Jenn was great. This place is great. Jen is amazing. Very friendly and polite. Work was done correctly. Even reset the oil life sensor. The last place I went to, didn't because I didn't ask them to. I will be coming back here

I only have gone there to have them put air in my tires. They are always very professional and helpful and nice. I will patronize them for other issues related to my car if I ever need assistance.

They're the best. Super professional and informative. I love it that they give you these recommendations so that you're not riding around in the blind not knowing what to expect. You get an opportunity to at least be able to budget so that you can have the preventative maintenance done.Love Firestone.

Very poor communication on appointment scheduling. I made an appointment for 9 AM for oil change and did not receive my oil change all day and it closes at 6. I had to pick up my vehicle.

Schedule an appointment for 9 am today for new tires dropped it off and I’m sitting here at 3:35 and still no car I called up there to see if my car is finished and he says they just got to it what’s the point of an appointment? But if it was the other way around you people would charge me for something I feel I should be able to charge your company

I’m obviously being discriminated in this Firestone , I’ve been here 3 times and everytime the same manager (eddie) continues to lie to me and make up excuses on why it takes so long for my car to get basic maintenance. My has been sitting in the parking lot for 4 days! I’m only getting front brakes. I’m definitely seeing a lawyer about thisService: Brake service & repair

Thoroughly disappointed!!! We made an appointment for 7am on Friday July 21st. Prior to making an appointment, we informed store that we would be using Resolv, an option that was sold to us by Firestone. We have used Resolv SEVERAL times at this very location. Manager Eddie, made us go through several hops, including told me to call TN Firestone to make payment. Which means he was making us pay for services prior to even starting. He even made us get the number to TN. I found it strange that another Firestone couldn't get the number to a Firestone location, however, my husband humbly requested that I comply with request as he just wanted to get his car serviced. TN had no idea what I was talking about which means Eddie lied. He never called store and was given the information he relayed to us. Which means HE PURPOSELY delay service to vehicle without explanation. At the end of business on Friday, which means a day passed, we were assured that work would be done 1st thing in morning. My husband went by store to inquire about service on Saturday and was told by worker Jen that we would be given a call when work was complete. He went to store around 4pm and was told that they were instructed not to work on his car and that ONLY EDDIE could handle it. That vehicle will not be worked on UNTIL MONDAY. Eddie, of course, was not there because he was at the hospital with his child. No one called to say they would not be working on vehicle, and both time and money has been spent to make sure the car would be repaired. This is UNACCEPTABLE. When asked how to contact the manager, we were not supplied with information. If properly informed, we could have gone to another repair shop. This was an intentional act. I have gone to several Firestone across several states and have NEVER experienced as poor service as I have at this shop. Up until today, I swore by Firestone. I'm the one who originally convinced my husband to use Firestone. My daughter, sister, and friends have all used Firestone based on my recommendation. I am thoroughly embarrassed.

.horrible and unprofessional.Manager lies and cannot keep up with his lies though firestone records the calls of what he says. I am suing firestone due to negligence and wrecking my truck. They also have not reported to police about the incident. They are uncooperative. The customer service representatives also gave me a bogus insurance number that when you call doesnt ring (this was twice).

We ran into car problems while on a road trip for vacation which left us stranded. The staff here went above and beyond on a busy day for them to get us fixed up and back on the road in super fast time! Thanks so much for the great service and help! Much much appreciated!

I made an appointment to have my sway bar links on Monday for Wednesday at 10:00. On Monday, I specifically told the man at the desk what services I needed. One was to replace my sway bar links. Two, that the rotors on my car needed to be turned or replaced due to excessive shaking when the brakes were applied at higher speeds. The rotors were under warranty. Third was that I purchased a alignment policy and that I wanted to have the alignment checked.I returned on Wednesday at 10:00...I was then told they had to first inspect the car...I told the man that I wanted the links replaced and another mechanic had told me the links and the rotors needed work...I was told they do not turn rotors...I said the man on Monday did not tell me this...To make a long story short, after waiting over 2 1/2 hours I was told the links did need replacement...I was told my rotors were fine, which is wrong, and they wanted to know why I wanted my alignment checked. I was also told my rear brakes were worn and needed replacement. He started arguing with me about the rotors...I told him they were under warranty and reiterated the issues that I was having with the front brakes caused by the rotors...He just did not want to listen to his customers and was more interested in selling me rare brake replacement that I did not immediately need...Instead of ordering the parts needed so they would be at the store, they wasted my time...The mechanical service was OK but the customer service was terrible...I would not recommend this Firestone Auto Service to anyone.

Dropped my car off 10am Saturday morning and at 5pm Sunday the vehicle wasn't even looked at. Will be calling the manager tomorrow to discuss rude employees and lack of service. You would think as a former employee I would be treated better. Worst firestone ever!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Scheduled an appointment for 1:00 p.m. drop the car off they didn't call until 5 minutes before they closed I didn't know it took 7 hours for an oil change. I won't be recommending anybody
