Took care of me on a Sunday. 2 new fronts. Nice younger gentleman took care of my tires. Showed empathy when I came back and he was working on the car. Excellent experience from a place I've driven by tons of times but hadn't stopped. Thanks California Wheel.

The guy doing the work broke my tire pressure sensor originally . I paid for a new one to be replaced. He installed it but never programmed it to my vehicle. He says he didn’t have the tools to do that job. My TPMS light is still on . Idk how you call yourself a wheel and tire business when you don’t have to tools to complete the job . Very shady especially since they only accept cash n only tell you a price when you are finished.. steer clean unless it’s a emergency

Great service. Just would be better if they were flexible in the way U pay.They only take cash. I know its probably easier for this business but alot of people dont carry $50-200 on them, which is about how much its gonna cost you to replace 1 up to 4 tires.This lil/small/tiny inconvenience would apply to everyone, especially first timers and people that wouldnt know the exact cost of what their service is gonna be and even tho the customer could call, another problem could arise which could cost your more $$....you might say more problems? Its just a tire place...nah they do brakes & rotors too? and might even do your brake calipers too!Now grant it there is an atm in the Royal Farms a block away(5-7min walk)>>> Keep in mind that bc of this great popular service by the time you come back 1 to 3 people may be in front of you, lol.<<< (only applicable if you decided to drive away and not walk to that atm)....yes leaving your car there would hold your place in line.Anywho, Its all about convience that gets the business boomin, eh.
