If it was a star for the number ZERO that would be my rating number. A couple of months ago i was driving by their location and i seen a Jeep that i was interested in. I went in, did the paper work, and was taking the steps to purchase. Well they gave me a date that me n my husband could come and look at the Jeep and test drive and proceed with the purchase. The day we came the Jeep was gone. They said they had to send it to another shop to replace some things on it and whenever it gets completed they will let me know. So for the next 6 wks I'd been calling asking about the Jeep. The last time I called at the end of the 6 wks they told me it would be awhile before its done and that THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN IT'S READY. Well, I tried to be patient. I've never received the Call. Well, today I called, after a couple of months and like i figured the girl LISA tells me oh, it's sold! THIS ISN'T GOOD BUSINESS. She tried to go on telling me she was out for awhile and didn't know it was being sold. I don't believe that because the owner, and another Guy in the business knew about me purchasing the Jeep too. But, its over with and nothing they can do about it. lol Then she tries telling me about another Jeep. Umm No Thank You. They cant even keep their word, not even when you have the paper work to show. I WILL NEVER REFER THEM. Trashy way in doing business!

Friendly staff. Great choice of cars. They in house or have secondary banks to help people with bad credit.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They refused to cooperate when I was trying to gather information from a vehicle that was sold from their "dealership". Apparently, there was an issue with the odometer reading in the vehicle and what was written on paper submitted to the MVA. I tried reaching out to the owner multiple times, left messages, and still did not receive a return call. I went to the location multiple times, and still no Cooperation or help. It was like they wanted to keep dodging me because they had something to hide. So I went ahead and submitted a complaint to the MVA to get my issue resolved. There is so much more detail to the story that makes them untrustworthy, but long story short. I DO NOT recommend them!

If I could give them negative stars I would ... Do NOT EVER buy anything from them . they are very unprofessional from the owner Karon down to his worker Lisa. They do not know the true meaning of customer service . I rented a car from them 3 years ago a suzzuci forenza and they had possesion of my car for probably 2 months fixing a damn tire . I notified the dealership that I had to relocate due to work so that they could have it ready for when I left. The car was still NOT finished by the time I had to leave. So I turned in the rental car they gave me and the keys to a guy who watches their cars at night. I contact them telling them that something is popping up on my record and they have the nerve to tell me that because they're limited to space they won't be able to pull my folder. Like what it's not that hard to pull someone's folder and regardless of if it was a year ago 10 years ago you should have proof of everything . you should have records recording when you had the car in your posession. But never again. I will never do business with them again. And if I was you save your money and go somewhere else. The attidues and professionalism this business has to offer is not worth it.

Great people and great service. Bruce the owner is always willing to work with people, and is extremely fair with everyone. Coran and Lisa, whom are part of the sales team, also are great people. If you are a little late on your payment, they will work with you. All in all, just a great dealership, where I have purchased two cars from and would recommend to everyone.

My experience at automall was Amazing they do no credit checks the bi weekly payments aren't high. after your warranty is up and your car needs fixing they will fix it and just add on it to the end of your payemnts so you wont have to pay nothing until your very last payment. There cars are nice. Tags and Title come along with your purchase I would recommend anyone that's looking for a car give Automall a call they do not disappoint

After weeks of disapointment at other dealerships, I went to the Auto Mall of Baltimore, and my salesperson Tiffany helped me every step of the way . I got the car of my dreams. Thank you Auto Mall, I will highly recomend The Auto Mall to all my friends!
