“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”

They have all the major name brands but the appliances are marked down because they have minor defects. I am so happy I was able to find a 3 piece mathing set of CAFE' appliances here for my kitchen. I am very happy with the cost, the installation went well and I am now enjoying my new appliances.”

“Not too sure why there are any bad reviews, but my experience with them is beyond what I expected. They allowed me to lease three items even though I'm sure whatever they check. I wasn't worthy enough, but they trusted me anyway I appreciate them for that. They also helped me combine two of my items so that way I can have all four items that I wanted and I really appreciate them for that. The delivery guys were funny and definitely entertaining and yes, they put your items together for you . They got up every single piece of furniture, even with how my staircase is built . Their attitudes have always been right with me even with me being late sometimes lol. As long as you pay them on time, you won't get the 50 million calls. They're just doing their job and I love them. Thank you, Aarons:)”
“Online inventory was very accurate, save lots of time online navigation with product location shelf and they were very accurate. I was able to get in and out and checked out within 15 to 20 minutes and on my way to my project.”
“Nice store, kind of a pain in the behind to get into during traffic due to the location at the entrance of 295. Clean and well stocked/labeled. I'm not sure if it was just today, but everyone seemed miserable being there, no smiles, no hello, very unfriendly and abrupt. Did not feel welcomed. I'll shop here again, give them another chance.”

“James came out to fix my squealing dryer. He called when he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time. He diagnosed the issue (worn belt and bearing) and discussed repair options with me. The job took about an hour to complete and James was professional throughout. He even took time to help me catalog my appliances for the home warranty since they were not all registered. Super helpful!”

“I stopped by to look for a TV. I had done a little research but hadn't decided on a particular model. I was assisted by Ben Kelley and what an amazing asset he is to that store and to the customers. He took the time to show me different TV models and did comparisons so I could clearly see the differences in the models and how they worked best for my needs. Ben was also extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and technology used in the TVs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped me pick out a mount and other items I needed.
He was a pleasure and I was very fortunate to be assisted by him.
Ben provided a wonderful customer service experience!

“I have been using Ferguson for years. The Ordnance Rd location is our companies ‘go to branch’. Pete always has that location stocked and organized. Isaiah and Frank are great to deal with and ALWAYS give us the best info and customer support. We’re glad that our pros have Ferguson’s pros at Ordnance, to go to when we need the help.”

“I couldn’t afford a new expensive washer and dryer. So I checked Facebook marketplace, ReStore, and other used appliance stores near me. I was a little worried about the location on Eastern Blvd. I wondered if delivery would be expensive and would the used machines work? Ultimately, I paid 550.00 for a Samsung washer and dryer (this included delivery). Bought it on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday as promised. They took away the broken machines AND installed the new ones. The men were quick and courteous. I have high hopes these machines will last for a couple of years.”
“I have purchased 3 refrigerators 2 stoves 2 washing machine dryer sets and 4 mattresses from AAA Appliance. I have also had this company do repairs on items I did not purchase from them. I have no complaints. Sure there were times that one of the items malfunctioned but I also realize that I am not buying brand new appliances so its to be expected. What I did appreciate is the prompt service that was given to immediate (at no additional cost) fix the issue. Which in my case was a minor problem with the oven of one of my stove. I will continue to use this company as I have for over 6 years.”
