Great Service & Quick to Respond!
I was looking for a service to replace my windshield and Zips came up in my search. They had a coupon for money off your insurance deductible and some AWESOME reviews, so I decided to check them out. I now see why they had awesome reviews! Armond answered the phone promptly & told me they were on my insurance company's list and exactly what to send him the Vin number and my address. They had availability today, came out and installed my new glass in 45 minutes! They even re-attached my EZ pass transponder! Highly recommend Zips!

Windshield replacement experience.
We called to schedule, Armon bullied into scheduling on a morning which we had to leave for work at 12. Was told we would be the first one in the 9 to 12 block. He calls with an 1130 arrival time. Aggressively rescheduled to do it while my wife was at work.
Showed up, tried to move the car to another lot without saying anything to my wife. She happened to come outside for a break to stop this. Replaced windshield, left 2 dents and a scratch on our hood. When we contacted them about it Armon lost his mind over the phone. Claimed that they have before pictures, I asked for them. 3 days later, we received a very hard to understand text that the gist was "I talked to my tech, we're right. We have pictures and sent them to the insurance"
I reached back out to the insurance, they don't know what he's talking about.

Recently replaced a Model Y driver window due to a crack and Armon and team were able to get it replaced within a day while other places said it would take weeks if not months. Not to mention at a very reasonable price. Armon is friendly, goes out of his way to explain the details of their work and products. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable auto window repair shop.

They are incredibly honest and upfront about the work. Every single staff member is nice and says hello. I was in and out in less than an hour. I got my quote within 30 min of sending it. I haven't even mentioned that they are usually literally HALF price or LESS compared to the guys with the commercials on TV. Strongly recommend.

I had an excellent experience here at Zips Auto Glass, the owner offers a fair price and did flawless work on the install on my new front windshield . They were busy but handled my appointment extremely well and I was in and out with a new front glass in no time ! This is a great small business to support and the other reviews will echo the same sentiment, not to mention the lifetime warranty of workmanship / I can be confident this new install will last as long as I own the car and then some, thanks again!!
