“The culture at Costco is great. Recently I forgot to take 3 pairs of brand new eye glasses from my shopping cart before heading to my car. I came back to the place but couldn't find them immediately. But the staff were very helpful but couldn't locate it, may be because it is too soon for them to bring it to the lost and found. But in the meanwhile I found them in another customers shopping cart. Because he took that cart. When I approached him, he was like, of these are yours? I was going to take them to the lost and found. And he was happy to give it to me right away.”

“Im not a fan of the membership stores .. but Sams club gets 3.5... At least I don't need to use a membership for the food court now... their brownie sundae is my fave ! As for my big back cravings : their berry sundaes, churros, hot dogs yum... pizza is ok.. but their cheese hurts my tummy... During the week, it's decent. They are skimpy on samples. However, their sushi's are excellent, one of the mean reasons why I come here. Their pot pies are good. They have nice UMD merch, especially this time of the year. Checking out is a pain. I mentioned before in other reviews, I'm not a fan of self checkout. Regular checkout is a pain, usually one or two cashiers . Then it's to get out, another headache. However, I will pick Sams club over Costco. Parking is really no issue. Just avoid weekends!”

“"Offering more affordable tire options compared to other places, but my satisfaction with the service was lacking. Despite my 05:00 PM appointment, I was informed upon arrival that tire changes could take up to 2 hours. Furthermore, I requested a tire wear check for evenness, which they forgot, instead suggesting unnecessary wheel alignment for my 25k mileage car (every year). Disappointing experience but good tires with good prices.”

“This is by far my favorite Costco in the DMV area. Staff were very friendly. Tons of things on sale prices end with .97 or .00. I would come here all the time if it was not so far from where I live. Best prices among all Costco nearby!”

“My experience at this Costco has always been great. Yes, it can be overpacked on the weekend but if you go on a weekday it's generally not an issue. I can always find parking especially on a weekday. Never had an issue with customer service, either. The only thing I have an issue with is the fact that sometimes they discontinue items that I rely on. For example, they used to carry Imodium in the supplement section and now they don't. So, we just have to get used to going elsewhere and paying the higher prices.”
