bad service the gentleman who attends there does not like to make checks changes for cash , he only likes to sell money orders or send, I was on the line waiting a long time and when I passed , he said he could not change my check even if I showed him my driver's license 0 stars !!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars...as many cares as they give about their customers. This is the worst place I've ever been in my life. When you walk in, it smells like urine and rotten fish heads. They don't greet you and they talk to you like a dog. I asked the guy if he could count my money in front of me and he said, "yeah, I'll give it to you and you count it". Once I repeated, "no, I need you to count it in front of me first". He looked at me crazy, counted it, then threw it in the drawer towards me. He then turned around to walk away and I said, "you're welcome". He asks, "excuse me????". I said, "you're welcome. You're here to provide a service and you're welcome". I will NEVER go to that place again.

Their service is the worst service ever. Specifically, when you try to make a transfer over the phone the customer service people can hold you waiting for hours by asking you the same questions more than ten times. The results: the transfer didn't go thru since it didn't get approved by their system, regardless you answer all the questions (addressed to you for security reasons) correctly. Most of the banks or locations of Western Union you visit in person to make a transfer, will turn you back without providing you any service. The reason: the computers are broken and the employees (of that specific location) can't give you an answer when the computers will be fixed.
