Horrible experience! Walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors snore. Management was non existent attempted a few times to get things fixed and was ignored for months. Don’t move here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this place does not feel like a home at all, looks nice but the leasing office is trash, commutations is trash ! I'm just so happy to be moving !!

Despite not knowing his name, the maintenance person who often responds to my service requests to my apartment, deserves recognition for his outstanding service. He consistent kindness and dedication, such as taking my wet clothes to dry when my dryer needed fixing, exemplify his commitment to his role. Thank you for always being there to help, and be very nice , even when faced with challenges.

We toured this community, and it was beautiful, clean and pricing is reasonable. We are hoping to be a part of this community. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. All of the amenities are as described and shown in the pictures online.

My daughter and me have lived at Westchester for few years . I must say it's been a wonderful experience the entire time we have lived here. Great Location for her schooling and pubic transportation. The staff are exceptional to interact with and any time I have a problem or submit a ticket for a service request, it's always completed within the time period. We love the pool, gym, garage, apartment, etc. and feel completely safe living here. We look forward to spending many more years at Westchester Rockville Station apartments!

Westchester Rockville Station is an amazing community. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job at keeping the space clean. The quality of the apartments I would say is luxury. The staff is super nice and extremely responsive to your questions and needs. The turn around time for service requests, especially emergencies are super efficient. My wife and I couldn’t have picked a better community to call home. A very special thank you to the entire team that keeps this community at such a high standard, I appreciate all that you do.

The staff harass tenants with false claims of noise complaints. For a 14 year old building there is constant construction. I have retained a lawyer to deal with them. I am being blamed for the CSX trains as well. Hristina Schomberg is terrible and is harrassing me for being an autistic, disabled person. They also run a scam where they reject all other renters' insurance and force you to buy their own.

Out of all the properties I went to visit and researched online this was the first property that actually. Made it easy to apply in person. Ms. Hristina started off in my intial process of applying. She was courteous and helpful. It was Ms. Samah who lead me the rest of the way. She explained to me that she would make sure I would my get my keys and have a home in the time span I needed. Every step of the way she made sure I got all my move in procedures met. Anything that I needed help or a service, Ms. Samah got it done immediately. Always friendly and polite in every interaction. Made my impression of this to feel at home. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Especially making me feel welcome into my new home. I recommend anyone who wants a home next to a shopping centers, and is metro accessible and easy to get to the beltway. My development is kept in good order. It is very quiet and the neighbors look out and work together to make this a pleasant experience.

A very beautiful place to live with all the comforts. Beautiful beautiful . The office staff is very friendly especially Christina, I feel happy and lucky to live here. I love everything.
