Enormous line with a single cashier (as, mysteriously, two other cashiers just sort of kibbitz behind the counter and not help any customers).

Terrible service. I had a similar experience as a previous poster (Dominique D.). The banker I was working with was Zulay who was incredibly unhelpful. After speaking with her, I called the WF 24/7 banker line who confirmed that we were given incorrect information at this location and to report it to the manager immediately.

My son and I had an appointment for 1 hour. The person we met with was not able to provide us what we needed so we asked for option B. She said we had to make another appointment for our other option. It was 20 mins into the appointment and she said the other option which is to open a joint account for us both existing customers would take more than 40 mins so we would have to make another appointment. We both walked out feeling that she rushed us out so that she could take lunch. We went to the branch in Aspen Hill and was able to open the joint account quickly and with much better customer service. The attitude of the person at the Congressional Plaza branch was horrible.

Several branches of Wells Fargo bank seem to have lack of personnel on Saturdays. My mother-in-law had an account at the Falls Church VA branch. She wanted to add my husband's name to the account. She was 88 years old at the time. The lobby was packed and there was no organization. She signed in and then had to stand around waiting for about a half hour. No seats This just to add my husband to the account. After she died, my husband wanted to add my name to the account and delete hers. We went to the Congressional branch, signed in and sat for about half an hour. The young lady kept trying to sell us things and my husband said no just add my name. In July of this year we decided to close the account. we went back to this branch, signed in and sat for 15 minutes. The young lady had to call the main office because the account was inactive. After all that, my husband had to stand in the teller line which was backed up to the entrance in order to get a cashier's check for the money. Wells Fargo either is too cheap to pay for Saturday help or else doesn't realize that Saturday is the busiest banking day. I am so glad we are rid of Wells Fargo Bank!

This is a good bank. I have been a client of Wells Fargo for many years now and I have no complaints. Democratic policy of the bank and friendly staff makes it pleasant to work with him - everything is easy and simple. One day someone stole the money from my card and the bank returned them within a couple days. The safety and responsibility of this bank is on top. I recommend Wells Fargo as a reliable and friendly service

Only one person in the entire branch whom does the notary public and she was out for lunch for over 40-min. Lots of people sending around to greed you but when i comes to do real banking, they seems to be short staffed.

BE AWARE!!!! I SEE WHY WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES HAS ALL POOR REVIEWS!!!! I must say that @WellsFargo should be ashamed to even be affiliated with such a terrible third party yet alone allow them to use your name. I'll never bank with @Wellsfargo or recommend @WellsFargo. TERRIBLE PEOPLE RESULTING IN TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Step by Step on how Wells Fargo Dealer Services well screw you out your money. 1. They lock people in to these High Interest Loans 2. They do not take responsibility for there mistakes 3. All there representatives are incompetent and lack training 4. Supervisors are just as bad. Don't care about the customers. All I can say is avoid the headache and DO NOT bank with Wells Fargo or their 3rd party branches like Wells Fargo dealer services. I never heard of a bank admitting to there systems giving a wrong pay-off quote but not willing to acknowledge it. All they say is Sorry buddy you're S.O.L. They don't care how much they inconvenience you by going back in forth with there incompetent representatives for hours, going back and forth to the banks talking to reps who don't even respect the dealer service branch. All they'll say is they're a 3rd party. They're not even a true part of Wells Fargo but yet Wells Fargo allow them to utilize there name, logo, and brand. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. All I can say is See Ya. I'm so happy to be leaving Wells Fargo and going to @NavyFederalCreditUnion where they actually care about there customers. Hopefully this review will help save some others from the torture you'll undergo by dealing with Wells Fargo and/or Wells Fargo Dealer Services. Be sure to watch your account and record all payments and invoices. Wells Fargo should change there name to Wells Loan Sharks. SMH. BE AWARE!!!! Even the manager will not assist you. Good Bye & Good Ridden Wells Fargo #WellsFargo #LoanSharks #WellsFargoDealerServices #TerribleBussines #Complaints #TerribleReviews

I only gave them one star because of the hours they stay open. I have gone into this convenient location on numerous occasions. Every time I have been bombarded with a sales pitch to start banking there I do have a mortgage with them and other properties. I have found all the staff there to be incompetent slow and obnoxious trying to give me their sales pitch. I am sure they get a bonus if I open an account with them. I believe they are not courteous and helpful!

This branch is terrible. I went here to get a form stamped on my lunch break. They were understaffed, and the employee I dealt with kept checking with different people to figure out how to deal with the form. After finally stamping it, he checked with one last person, and then took it away from me, telling me they don't stamp that kind of form after all. Thanks a lot for wasting my lunch break!

I took my 16 year old daughter in here to cash her first check from her first job ( summer nanny) because the check was written from a Wells Fargo account. The bank has a nice large drive thru and the front door is easily accessible right next to The Container Store on the Pike. The employees are very friendly and after a finger print and two forms of ID, her check was cashed with a smile. Minus one star because the teller did not suggest she open a savings account and because at 16 she needed to provide one photo ID , easy enough with her permit or student ID, and a second card with her name on it before he would cash her check. I don't know many 16 year olds that have a credit card with their name on it. Luckily I got her an imprinted card a while back from my bank to use while she is away on school trips so everything worked out. Still would have liked someone to offer some advice on opening her own savings account.
