I’ve been a WF customer for over 25 years. After today, my first time at this location, I may close all my accounts with them. I will not return to this location. I only came to this location because the time worked whereas the banks closer to me did not have the time available that worked with my schedule. — At other WFs, bankers are friendly and open - they are easy with whom to talk. They are not on their personal phones, putting their hands on their mouth, having their Prada handbag behind them, telling me I’m giving them the wrong answer to why I want to open another account, or having a maintenance worker work behind the area of their computer screen with my personal information being shown.

Two doors to get inside. The first one is light enough. Wait for someone in a wheelchair to open it. The second one is way too heavy. Sometimes somebody comes to health and sometimes they don't see you so there is a doorbell there that you could bring.The manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. The teller was a little more dismissive and basically said you should've called for an appointment or scheduled it online. The manager immediately stepped in and said you couldn't be seen within 10 minutes.There's nothing to complain about really here, nor is there nothing to really celebrate about here.

4 people on monday working on this branch, no one can do a simple wire transfer. No one you have to make an appointment till next day with the only person that has authority to do a wire transfer. So disappointed on this branch

Don’t come to this location, only one teller at the time, and he is helping drive -thur, If you are like me inside the bank, standing on the line,, he is ignoring you, unbelievable.

Their personal conversations are more important than their work. Walked in, not a single person greeted me, waited for 15 minutes, again no one said a thing. When I got up to leave, not a single person said anything either. Horrible service, considering we sat right in the center of room. Don’t come here

Rude & completely unprofessional. Their personal conversations are apparently more important than your business bank accounts. TERRIBLE service. Rude branch manager, stay away from this branch. Go to King Farm or Wheaton.

This afternoon my partner drove to this location to cash his check and was rudely dismissed by the "service manager" (Mark Beker I think is what his tag said) he was told the documentation he had was fake and even told him he could've printed it out himself. He had an official document that was a bit wrinkly due to it it being folded up in his wallet. This may have been a case of racial profiling since he was so sure that the document was a fake.. anyways we left after he demanded we get out of the line and went to Wells Fargo on Frederick Rd and were treated accordingly and he was able to cash his check with no issues. I would want to file a complaint against this man that treated us as criminals and gave us absolutely no reasoning for not cashing a check other than that the document looked like it could've been printed. Beware of this Wells Fargo and the questionable service of this branch.

I come into this bank about once a week. The employees are outstanding! The tellers and managers are some of the kindest people I have ever met. The line is managed perfectly. I have never waited for longer than ten minutes. The facility is clean and up to date. I have been to many, many banks, and this one is by far the best.
