I also advise anybody who comes here for a vaccination to be ready to wait. For me, the wait was 90 minutes, and in the end, I didn't even get my vaccination done. My appt was scheduled for 1715, and as recommended by the online Walgreens scheduler, I actually arrived in the store at 1700. However, the first delay occurs in the check-in line -- there is a common/joint check-in line for both the pharmacy and immunization patients; as such, I could not even check-in until after 1720. From there, I was told to sit and wait ... I noticed 2 other people waiting, so I knew I wouldn't go until after them -- that went until after 1745. However, expecting to go next, I saw another patient (who'd arrived after me) go in at around 1800 ... I went back to the pharmacy desk and was told that I was next. But then, at around 1825, the next patient went in ... I went back to the desk again and they told me that they had misplaced my appt ... so at 1830 (90 minutes after my first arrival), I left the store, having wasted that time for nothing at all.

Be prepared to wait to receive your vaccination. I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment, and then waited 30 more minutes to actually get the shot. I was willing to wait because they have the Pfizer version, which is the one I wanted. The problem seems to be with the staff behind the counter, not the pharmacist. The staff couldn't get itself organized.

This is a terrible pharmacy for so many reasons. Staff at the pharmacy is so unprofessional. They call adults by their first names instead of addressing them professionally, there are long wait times and they are just plain rude. This in addition to them banning mifepristone in some states.

They call you and say the prescription drug is ready - you come to the pharmacy and find out that actually is not. Some of the staff are incompetent.

I wanted to follow up on my previous review and offer an alternative to Walgreens and CVS.... Try Rockville Pharmacy just a mile down the road. They are more of a traditional pharmacy with competent staff who pick up the phone when you call! Their reviews are also much better.

Horrible pharmacy customer service, they always have attitudes if they don't like it go somewhere else. Don't recommend.

Unfriendly encounter at this pharmacy. Receptionist told me I had to make an appointment. Alright. I saw plenty of appointments online so I made appointment right away. She gave me attitude and refused my appointment due to "no supply"... some made up excuse. I don't think they are willing to assist anyone. I spoke with Walgreens at another location and received much better service.

This review is for the pharmacy, which has been steadily declining ever since the pandemic. Initially, they had competent staff and fast service, but in the past two years their service has become terrible. There's always an issue when trying to fill a prescription and I can never get through to anyone at the pharmacy when I call. In person they are reasonably efficient, but trying to get service here is like pulling teeth. I've currently been on hold for over an hour.

Terrible service from the pharmacy staff. Dropped off a prescription and they asked me to wait for about 15 mins. The lady then came out and said it was all set and that I could get in line for pick up. After 10 mins in line, I reached the counter and they told me that they had run out of the medication. I complained that they should have told me that at the start. The pharmacist came out and told me that he was sorry but they only had 2 people working the pharmacy. That would be a valid excuse for them taking longer than usual, not for being bad at their job. I even asked if they could check the stock at another location but the pharmacist told me that I needed to call every Walgreens on my own to see if they had it because the system could not be trusted. Later in the day I received an automates call saying my prescription was delayed because of an insurance issue. It looks like they have no idea what they’re doing. Will definitely NOT return.

I wish I could leave a review for every visit to this pharmacy because it would be twenty one star ratings in a row. Every visit I've had to pick up meds over the last year or so have been the worse experience I've had at a pharmacy.I've lived in the Rockville area for about 25 years and this is the absolute worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the phone and worse yet, you'll be waiting 20mins and the phone hangs up. They never get back and not to mention they have an excuse EVERY single time. I've dealt with this pharmacy for a over a year due to the convenience of its location. I've reached my point where the convenience isn't worth the hassle of having to deal with the horrible customer service. If you want a fast, EFFICIENT and friendly pharmacy, go to COSTCO!This review is for the PHARMACY only. The store itself is fine, it's the pharmacy that's absolutely HORRIBLE!

Clean and spacious. Free parking in lot. Prices vary from "wow! great sale!" to "wow! that's ridiculously high."Staff is very friendly. Pharmacy to this and that. All is there.

I lived this Walgreens. Happened upon it Aug 2021 late at night while exploring downtown Rockville. It was clean and well lighted with lots of products. The cashier (or manager) said they have worked for this type of store for many years and enjoys it. I found a few nice things including a pet bed which my cat has been enjoying it... and a Walgreens seems a lot less expensive than CVS

While at Walgreens I saw that they had my Argo organic tea that I like. So I knew I had to get some it's so refreshing. It's really low in grams of sugar that is great & it doesn't loose any flavor by being low sugar. Walgreens had them on sale so that was a win for me the two flavors that I purchased. Was the hibiscus sangria tea thats 3gm sugar & the green tea ginger twist that has 5gm of sugar. I pick my two up I noticed the package picture on the bottle has charged. I was kinda spektical if the taste is still the same & come to find out its still good. Argo is an organic tea company they have many different flavors like Carolina honey tea & hibiscus squeeze. Also tea you can steep yourself at you home. The teas are hundred percent natural brewed. Calories may change for each bottle I highly recommend Argo organic tea ENJOY
