Not good service from service/parts. Don't go to RONALD MARTIN a service advisor,He raising his voice in a customer, he did not even admit his fault, he said it's the companies fault.. ask for the manager but manager only there on Monday-Friday... I waited there for 4-5hrs for change oil... they calling the wrong person for my Atlas, he know I'm waiting in waiting room and I'm the only one waiting there. Why call if you know I'm there? But any way. I will not recommend/ bad service and specially customer service.

My experience at Ourisman VW in Rockville was highly disappointing. Despite clear communication about my car's location on their lot, the dealership seemed oblivious when I inquired about its completion after ordering a new key, making a service appointment and even telling the appointment setter that car was on premises with license plate xxxxxxx. Discussing the issue proved futile, as the service manager Jay displayed rudeness and dismissiveness. Despite the service delay, I was required to pay. General Manager Issac's condescending and unreasonable attitude, prioritizing a "teaching moment" over addressing my customer service concerns, added to the overall negative experience. It's disheartening when management fails to acknowledge and rectify issues caused by their staff.

SUV had a busted oil pan. I needed to be towed 29 miles, the service center recommended a towing company that was prompt and polite. I got it towed down and my vehicle got fixed. Oil pan (and all accessories for that), timing belt cover, and some other minor stuff. $3200. INCLIDING the tow. I was absolutely PERPLEXED that they were straight shooters. Totally honest. I was so freaking happy and relieved. I will always take my vehicle back!!! 2021, VW Tiguan SE w/ 3rd row option.

My appointment last month and today's appointment went smoothly. Mr. Jose was very enthusiastic and patient. After the appointment, IYou will receive SMS confirmation. I went to the store this afternoon and my car lock problem was quickly solved. I am very satisfied with their serious work!

My husband whole car purchase was horrible! Customer service is below average & no one answers the phone. No one called us to follow up on the status of the car being ready or if it is ready. I would not recommend this dealership.

From my first conversation with Joseph, to talking with Chuck and signing documents with Ed, this tops any other car-buying experiences. And I drove all the way from Raleigh NC to pick up my new car. Kudos to an awesome dealership!

Collision center worst customer service experience. After a car accident and all the painful paperwork process, I called to get a copy of the final bill, first of all they didn't help me to find my file, they ask me name, last name, name of the owner, insurance claim number, model, color year of the vehicle, and after that they didn't find my file. The person who take my call (Vanessa and or Dina) at the end said me that they cannot provide me more information and the manager Alex will call me.At the same time the people who answer the call was talking on speaker, and laughing when I was talkingSomeone on sales department, recommend me to talk with the manager and explain what is happening, but the manager didn't answer and/or call me back.Finally I called again and before the conversation I mentioned that I will record the call, miraculously they found my file. When I call them back (because I didn't receive ther email with PDF final bill), they answering the phone saying my last name. That's mean that they had my information all the time, but they were making it hard and scoff of me.I have the calls recorded, but unfortunately this reviews doesn't allow upload media filesService: General repairs & maintenance

Purchased a 2017 BMW X5 M and they didn't fill up the gas tank so a low fuel light was showing over another warning light for a parking sensor. So I drove off the lot and filled up the tank only to see another error on the dash. They refuse to fix it even though I contacted them within two hours of purchasing. Would not recommend.

I called asking for a part and was told they carried it and even gave me a price. Surprise surprise I go there and the person was mistaken. I had to drive to Fairfax to get it. It was a waste of time.

contacted me multiple times on a incoming golf r and told me it was gonna be msrp. so i wanted to put an deposit to secure but then the sales said it would be first come first serve (no deposit can be taken). he continously keeps me update with the car shipping process and eta of arrival. today, finally the car will be on lot. now everything flipped, dealership wanted 15k over msrp and told me someone already put deposit on it.waste of my time. stay away from this dealership!

2 years ago I traded my 2005 highlander for a certified pre-owned 2015 pathfinder and the sales floor rep whom handled my contract made the process easy. Although, he had me sitting in his office for 45 minutes waiting for accounting to finalize my contract and issue me the my paperwork for optional warranty, tags, and title. Also, the day of my purchase I had my 3 children with me and no one from the dealership offered to help me transfer my personal items from my old vehicle to the one I purchased, open the door for me as I carried my children out to my new vehicle to get them vascined in their seats, or even assist me in properly installing my infant daughter's carseat in the back. I nearly had to place my temp tags on my new vehicle by myself. The sales person also rushed me to contact my auto carrier to transfer my insurance to the new vehicle. When I came back to the service center 2 weeks later because there were scratches on the back bumper and quarter panel, the service counter personnel gave me the round around of where to drop my vehicle for repairs. Since than I have never brought my car back to this location for routine maintenance. ? ?
